A toy as a didactic tool for preschool children

The submitted bachelor thesis is focused on child's play and a toy. Game object is conceived as a didactic tool assisting in the development of a child during his or her preschool age. The work is divided into two parts - practical and theoretical. In the theoretical part we can find a summary of basic information on a toy for preschool age - its definition, how it evolved including the issue of these game objects for the age of three to six years. We can learn about the functions and importance of toys for pre-primary development including important aspects of personality development in the preschool period. In the second part of the thesis summarized knowledge on preschool children and children's toys is being applied. The method and implementation of the selected game object a construction set- is being described. The overall progress and implementation of three selected construction sets intended for children around four to five years. The aim of the thesis is to create construction sets that will develop children's imagination and spatial perception.
Analysis and proposal of marketing strategy of the company Mattel Czech Republic s.r.o.

The aim of my bachelor thesis is critical evaluation, recommendation of changes and proposal of strategy of Mattel Czech Republic s.r.o. First chapter of the theoretical part is focused on marketing in general. Second chapter is devoted to communication mix and its elements. In practical part is the third chapter concerned with history, current situation on market, used communication strategy and view and opinion of customers of Mattel. The last chapter shows future strategy and recommendation of changes.
Strategic analysis of the company Toy traveling s. r. o.

The main aim of this Master's Thesis is to create strategic analysis of the company Toy traveling s. r. o. The business of this company is really specific. It is a travel agency for toys or things that person could have emotionaly attcheed to relationship. The theoretical part describes the procedures and methods, for example PEST analysis and Porter's five forces model used for in the creation of strategic analysis. At the end of the theoretical part there is the SWOT analysis and results of marketing research. The methods and procedures described in the theoretical part are then applied in the practical part. Based on the results of strategic analysis and marketing research provides advice and recommendations for future development.
Customer protection on the market of toys

Bachelor thesis is devoted to the analysis of system of customer protection on the market of toys. The aim of this thesis is to analyse customer's knowledge in the field of toys labeling, to chart customers awareness, their interest about these informations and detection of customers preferences during the selection and purchase of toys in Czech republic in year 2012. The market research was used to fulfill the main objective. The research was conducted by written quantitative polling of chosen customers. Resulted of this research was that customer's knowledge in the field of toys labeling, treating with toys or in the field of control authorities is sufficient. Despite of these results customers are not interested in detailed informations about customer protesction. The most common factors influencing customers preferences during the selection and purchase of toys are children's wishes and price. Customer's knowledge of certification marks is low.
The anylysis of selected labels of the Czech quality programme(toys)

This bachelor thesis deals with the presentment and the following analysis of selected marks from the Czech toys quality program. This program assists the distribution of quality toys and services, that are objectively checked by third side. It includes 17 marks of the quality and two of them are intended for the assortment of toys. These marks are known as {\clqq}Safe and quality toy{\crqq} and {\clqq}Safe toy{\crqq}. The analysis is based on the findings of checklists, which were practised on the producers of toys and the controllers of marks. The conclusions and the qualifications of strong and weak points of the Czech quality program are mentioned at the close of the work. There are also the proposals for the improvement in this researched area.
Analysis of competition in the regional toy market

My thesis deals with analysis of competition in the local toy-market concretely with analysis of two comparable toyshops situated in shopping-centers in central Prague. Preliminary I present and define key terms that are essential at comparison of competition ability (competition, competitive advantage, toy market, customer and his specifics). To make my own research I elected standards that significantly influence customer satisfaction while shopping and determine possible future shopping, and created questionnaire. During valuation I commented point gains, looked for strengths and weeknesses and designed possible improvements. Total score were used to compare competitive ability of both the firms. My thesis is not only instruction manual for surveyed shops and determination of their competitive ability. It could be used as a general guide to increase competitive ability of other firms or as a starting point for further consecutive thesis and researches.
