TECHNICAL ANALYSIS OF THE LIFE OF THE PIPE MATERIAL OF GREY CAST IRON
Kozelský, Jiří ; Kriš,, Jozef (referee) ; Škrobánková,, Hana (referee) ; Raclavský, Jaroslav (advisor)
The dissertation describes the technical analysis of the pipe material of gray cast iron, which is developed on the basis of historical documents and standards. The technical analysis is a methodology for determining the technical state and theoretical residual life of the pipe section made of cast iron, which is processed into a software application Kozel 1.0. The proposed methodology operates on the basis of multi-criteria decision making. For input the data methodologies are designed to monitor the operators of water supply networks. The output of the methodology is to determine the category of the technical condition of the pipe section and time stamp, minimum and maximum residual lifetime analysis pipeline segment. Outputs of the methodology are compared with the outputs of medium-term plans of Ostrava and Brno.
Assessment of technical condition of sewer system in the village
Chotová, Tereza ; Úterský, Michal (referee) ; Hluštík, Petr (advisor)
The bachelor´s thesis deals with the assessment of the technical condition of sewer network in Dub nad Moravou. Main goal of the thesis was to accomplish the passportization of the sewer network. Based on the passportization, a hydrotechnical assessment of the combined sewer network is performed. The rehabilitation of unsatisfactory sewerage pipes is designed by two methods. The indicative prices, advantages and disadvantages of the recommended methods are involved. The bachelor´s thesis includes four drawings, namely total situation of the sewer network, detailed situation of the combined sewer network, hydrotechnical situation of the combined sewer network and longitudinal profile.
Study of fatigue life of roller bearings type 6204 -2Z
Poláček, Vojtěch ; Svoboda, Petr (referee) ; Klapka, Milan (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with the basic description of produced by fatigue failure of ball bearings. In the paper there is a description of basic diagnostic methods of machine parts. Following there is a study of vibration, their recording and the evaluation concerning bearing lifetime. The aim of the experimental part of the paper is to check the functionality and suitability od the VDT2000 analyzer and VDT Control Center software, both made by company VidiTech, s.r.o. together with the SA67 laboratory experimental stations owned by the Department of Design at Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, which were used for examining the 6204-2Z bearings. The aim of the lifespan exam is to confirm the reliability of the bearing failure warning by the analyzer and to assess the ability to record the first stages of bearing damage.
Assessment of the technical condition of the sewer system in the village
Mosná, Silvia ; Korytář, Ivo (referee) ; Hluštík, Petr (advisor)

Due to the fact that a passport has been carried out in the village, one chapter deals with passportization in the village where there is a separate subchapter describing the current state. Thanks to the acquired camera record and passportization, it passes to the next part, evaluation of the technical condition. This work encompasses a part, that deals with remediation of technically most important chesses and sections and subsequently recommends repairs or reconstructions. The last part is the hydraulic assessment of the collecting network, which has been calculated in three variants in order to reach the most realistic situation in the village. There are two drawing in the addition, detailed situation and hydrotechnical situation at 1:2000 scale.
