The bachelor thesis deals with a complete development of a process for automatic preparation of a text for its highlighting inside a DTP document in PDF format, from requirements analysis, through designing and implementation, to an identification of benefits within localization of real projects. The appropriate combination of several steps and effective use of suitable tools lead to a significant replacement of human work by an automated process.

Specifies the different areas where it is possible to implement process management, and compares the practicality of this implementation with the theoretical knowledge. The last section describes processes and models created by some of these processes in an company, engaged in retail sales at a distance.

Wear of cutting tools at CNC production of the disc-shaped parts

This diploma thesis evaluates two competitive cutting inserts for machining of disk-shaped blanks. The first part summarizes theoretical knowledge of turning, wear of cutting inserts and cost analysis of the cutting process. In the second part, the wear of two inserts from a different manufacturer is observed in two different cutting speeds. Wear is evaluated by electron microscope images. In the end, there is an economic evaluation of both VBD in different cutting speeds for serial production.
Proposal of AI-Enabled Microsoft Power Platform Automation in Environment of Financial Audit

This diploma thesis is focused on the design of the automation of the selected process using AI and Microsoft Power Platform. Part of the work is the detailed design of the Front-end in Power Apps, the AI module in MS AI builder and the design of the back-end in Power Automate as part of the Custom Solution Design. The work analyzes the current state in the company and the selected process. Based on the analysis, the application that automates the process is designed. The analysis is preceded by extensive theoretical research dealing with Business Intelligence, process management, AI and, last but not least, financial audit.

The subject of the thesis is to find a way to optimize the checkout process at a branch of an online store. By means of process analysis, graphic design of the branch and warehouse layout and analysis of primary and secondary data, a proposal was developed after their subsequent evaluation, which should streamline the checkout process and thus reduce the values of the monitored process metrics.

The bachelor thesis deals with optimization of manufacturing process in the chosen company. The first part defines the theoretical basis of the Lean Six Sigma methodology and the tools, techniques and concepts that this methodology provides. The analytical part introduces the company and the product that is produced on the production line, then the tools of the Lean Six Sigma methodology are utilized to analyze the current process. The design part deals with the proposal to introduce a new process on the production line. In the final part of the thesis, the results are evaluated and the expected financial savings are quantified.
Software Support of the Receiving Process in the Manufacturing Company

The last part of the work will be economic evaluation and benefits for the company.
