Srovnání 3. pilíře důchodového systému v České republice a na Slovensku

This bachelor thesis focuses on the III. pillar of pension system in the Czech and Slovak Republics. The theoretical part of the thesis presents the III. pillar legislation in the Czech and Slovak Republics. In the first half of the practical part, demographic development from 1996 to 2013 in the Czech and Slovak Republics is analyzed. In the second half, the III. pillar in the Czech Republic and in the Slovak Republic are compared in terms of state aid, fees and saved funds. On this basis, the improvement of III. pillar in the Czech Republic is deduced.

PhD thesis formulates strategic recommendations for the pension funds on the market in the Czech Republic in connection with the planned reform of the pension system and pension funds related to the transformation of the pension company. Formulated recommendations are divided into business recommendations for the year 2012 and the business-oriented recommendations on pension reform starting 1 first the 2013th. Dissertation also provides an overview of impact of the pension reform on the individual market entities. Last but not least, bring arranged in the form of prepared analysis of pension systems in the world and the genesis of the development of the pension system in the Czech Republic.

Pension funds and pension reform in the Czech Republic

This thesis analyzes the current status of pension funds in the Czech Republic, the subsequent transformation of the pension companies and the situation after the introduction of the second pillar. It examined the merits of a new pillar in the small benefit to future participants and the impact on the state budget. The main result is to propose a solution that would be more beneficial for participants and fulfill the requirement for a balanced fiscal policy. The presented work uses descriptive and comparative analysis of the current position of pension funds. Description of the reform of the pension system is based on legislative analysis and secondary analysis of published literature. In the design of solutions are used in mathematical statistical methods, comparative analysis and questionnaire method.

Analysis of the Performance of Pension Funds

The aim of this diploma thesis Analysis of performance of pension funds is a detailed mapping of the area of pension to highlight the current shortcomings and to familiarize the reader with pension reform which vill come into force in January.The work is divided into five parts. In the first two sections the reader familiar with the operation of pension funds and pension funds, which are regulated by Act 42/1994 Coll. The third chapter is devoted to a comparison of the results of pension funds operating on the Czech market. The fourth part deals with the profitability of pension funds and the fifth chapter summarizes the most important changes in the pension reform awaits III. pillar pension system.

The goal of the submitted thesis "Analysis of supplementary pension insurance in Czech Republic in comparison with Slovak Republic" is analyze and compare currently functioning supplementary pension system in our country and Slovak Republic. The whole thesis is focused on third pillar of pension system, namely the supplementary pension insurance. The thesis contains difficulties and issues that the pension system faces. There is also analyzed upcoming pension reform and comparison of actual pension scheme with the future one. Part of this thesis is also analysis of pension funds currently operating in the Czech pension insurance market and selection of optimal pension fund.

The ensuring by means of the pension funds

I would like to describe the present form of the supplementary insurance in the Czech Republic. At first I have put mind to the characterization of this product. After it I have defined the pension funds and I have recommended the suitable corporation for the potential customers. This year we have listened the discussion about the retirement pension and its efficiency. Therefore I have taken the suggested changes of the retirement system in my writing. At the conclusion I have evaluated the results of the checklists. Due to them I have polled the public opinion about the supplementary insurance. The main object of my work is the describing the structure: PENSION FUND -- SUPPLEMENTARY INSURANCE -- PUBLIC.
