The Proposals for Improvement of the Municipality Management

This bachelor thesis mainly deals with the analysis of implementation of budget of the municipality Božanov, this analysis can be used as the source for proposals for improvement of the financial management of municipalities. The first part includes the theoretical thesis for understanding the functioning of the municipality, the second part includes a brief introduction to the community, the analysis of implementation of the budget during the selected period 2006 - 2009 and also the evaluation of this implementation. The last part of the work are some individual proposals and calculatings of their effects to the community with regard to the burden on the expenditure side of the municipal budget.

Evaluation of the Economy of the Town Střelice

The bachelor’s thesis is devoted to explaining keynotes of the economy of the selected municipality. It deals with the evaluation of the economy of the town Střelice during period 2011-2014 and focuses on subsidy policy. The bachelor thesis contributes to gaining a more comprehensive insight into the methodology of financing of the planned investment and it can show the way how to obtain the funds that are needed for its implementation. First, it introduces the theoretical aspects of financing and subsequently analyses the possibility of obtaining funds from grant programmes to cover the costs of the particular investment project. The core objective of this thesis is to formulate proposals for taking measures that could lead to an improvement of the economic situation and in particular to the further development of the municipality.

The bachelor’s thesis deals with management evaluation of the municipality of Puklice in the years 2010 to 2014. The thesis is divided into four parts. The first part defines the problem and objectives of the thesis. The second part contains the theoretical background to the thesis. The third part consists of basic information about the municipality of Puklice and analysis of the municipality budget. The fourth part contains a proposal to finance a project of a sewer system and wastewater treatment plant in the Puklice and Studénky neighbourhoods.

The bachelor thesis deals with evaluation of the economy of the village Holasice. The thesis in theoretical part focuses on defining theoretical fundamentals such as village and its characteristics, village authority, budgetary policy of the village when creating budgetary system etc. Analytical part of bachelor thesis analyzes incomes and expenses of village Holasice. Main goal of this bachelor thesis is evaluation of the economy of the town and preparation of proposals to improve budgetary system. Evaluation of analysis and proposed improvements of municipal budget, are located in the ending of this bachelor thesis.

The bachelor’s thesis is focused on budget management of the community Štoky in years 2007-2011. It includes the theoretical knowledge about the municipalities, of its property, its management of property and it is about the control of the municipality's management. The second part deals with the characteristic of the municipality Štoky. In the third part there are analyzed the incomes and the expenses of the municipality budget from the period stating above. The last part of this bachelor´s thesis deals with the suggestions as how to improve the financing of the municipality and how to improve the management of property.

The Bachelor´s thesis deals with the municipality economy of Horní Újezd in 2010 – 2013. The theoretical part of the thesis defines the status of the municipalities in the Czech Republic, budget structure and budgetary system including the municipal budget. The analytical part of the thesis contains the basic data of Horní Újezd. Further it deals with the budget analysis of municipality, it means the comparison of its incomes and expenses for the last four economy years. The third part includes the proposals for economy improvement of this municipality.

The bachelor’s thesis is devote to explaining keynotes of the economy of the municipality Domašov nad Bystřicí. It deals with the evalution of the economy of the town during period 2011-2015. The first part contains theoretical findings of the given subject. It clarifies the work of the public municipal units, describes the composing public budgets and defines incomes and outgoings. The analytic part evaluates the economy of the municipality in the years 2011 – 2015 with the aid of analyses. In the last part I occupy myself with suggestions for improvement the economy of the municipality.
