The goal of this project is to horizontally and vertically survey part of the area of University of South Bohemia and graphically proces data in scale of 1: 500. The project is comprised of the theoretical and practical technical process focused on obtaining results by GNSS, tacheometry, orthogonal and missing line rate methods. Outcome of this project si newly created map showing the current status of the site.
Geodetic surveying of a waste water drainage line towards a sewage treatment plant

The Bachelor's thesis describes methods of geodetic surveying focused on measuring topography and altitude of a territory. The geodetic work was performed in the city of Kouřim. The theoretical part describes history of geodesy, measurement methods and data processing. The practical part presents the survey itself. Topographical and altitude points were measured using the WILD TC 1600 total station. The measurements were made based on the existing point field in the S-JTSK coordinate system. Additional points were added to the existing point field if necessary. The final output consists of a topographical drawing of the situation, a list of detailed points, and a report on the surveying process and the results of the measurements.
Navigation in GIS Surveys

The project aims to design and implementation of navigation in GIS surweys. The system must be able to operate globally and deal with several types of navigation tasks in relation to the means of transport by which the navigation is carried out. One of the tasks is also to improve the course of navigation errors resulting from the removal of inaccuracies in the focus position and technical limitations of GPS, such as low frequency of the input data for guidance. Problems of low frequency of the input data is dealt with through the prediction of movement, which enabled the smooth display output users. Because it is not possible to completely test the system in operation, it created a simulation tool that lets you track the behavior of navigation in all situations. The document contains an analysis of the problem in terms of geography, the definition of the problems of orientation in space and their mathematical solution and an outline of implementation.
Monumental places of the Moravien geodesy and cartography

The thesis deals with description of location related to the personalities that were important for geodesy and cartography and worked in Moravia or Silesia. Apart from personalities, it also pursues with important trigonometric and leveling points, archives and towns with other interesting movable and immovable monuments related to geodesy and cartography. There are also schools where people can study geodesy and cartography now. One chapter is devoted to the Moravian cartographic center in Velké Opatovice.

The work also deals with the evaluation of graphics, content and technical quality of presentation of departments in the Czech and Slovak republic on the Internet and a brief summary of the history and future of the Internet and the WWW in the world as well. At the end, there is a suggest of solution to implementation guidepost to the website of the Institute of Geodesy Faculty of Civil Engineering BRNO University of Technology.
Design, build and do a geodetic survey of network of triangulation, as a geodetic base for topographic and altimery measurements in surveying locality

The project proceed in the context of future projects in the examined locality. The main aim of this work is to design, build and do a geodetic survey of network of triangulation, and also secure geodetic base for the future topographic and altimery measurements. The project is comprised of the theoretical and practical technical process of obtaining results by terestrial and GNSS methods. The project is also focused on the comparison of these methods. All needed materials for the following measurements was secured by the surveying work, and of the required quality. The final product of this project is the complete network of triangulation, which fulfil the requirements of the subsequent geodetic measurements in the examined locality.

As the name implies work, as measured by planimetry and altimetry in Kabely situated in the cadastral area Hustopeče u Brna, it is a fucused on geodetic work. In this thesis describes the procedure works surveying planimetric and altimetry, office data processing and creating map in surveyed area. For measurements be were selected procedures and devices which are commonly used in surveying practice. Processing of measured data in programs Groma and Kokeš also frequently used in practice. The main output of this work is the map of measured area at a scale of 1 : 250, which should be used as a basis for the implementation of the landscaping in the area.
Verification of selected leveling devices according to PN-ISO 17123-2, with regard to compliance necessity of using certified instruments for the measurement of landscaping

The aim of this thesis was to verify the accuracy of the leveling devices according to PN-ISO 17123-2 Optics and optical instruments - Field procedures for testing geodetic and surveying instruments - Part 2: Levels. Tested were two levels - Sokkia C320 (SN 322821) and Trimble DiNi 22 (SN 05-3240). The theoretical part focuses on describing the basic methods of leveling, leveling devices and other necessary equipment. The experiment with two methods of measuring was performed in the practical part simplified test and complete procedure test. The obtained data were numerically processed and compared with the data specified by the manufacturer, using statistical tests.
