Exhibition Pavilion

The aim of the work is to design steel structure exhibition pavilion. The building is situated in Brno. The construction is processed in two options. The option A is designed in variant of arched space frame. The internal ground plan dimensions of the building are 42 x 72 meters. Space frame is hinged to the structure of columns. Height in the top of the ship is 16,834 metres. The option B is designed in variant arched truss. The internal ground plan dimensions of the building are 42 x 70 meters. Arched truss is hinged to the structure of columns. Height in the top of the ship is 18,334 metres. The spatial rigidity of the structure is ensured by cross braces. Roof cladding and walls will be made using sandwich panels of KINGSPAN. The main material will be used steel S235.
Sports hall

The thesis deals with the design and structural assessment of the steel sports hall in Dobruška. The dimensions of the rectangular floor plan are 33x66m and the height is 13,42m. The structural system consists of twelve main frames, which are made of columns and arched trusses. The structural system is a two-hinged frame. Single main frames are mutually connected with purlins and girts. The spatial rigidity of the structure is provided by sway bracings and longitudinal bracings. Kingspan sandwich panels were chosen for the cladding system.
Aquapark in Znojmo

The subject of the bachelor thesis is a design and an assessment of the steel structure aquapark in the city Znojmo. Disposition of the structure respects the requirements for building location. The main supporting structure consists of arched trusses, which are hinged connected with the fixed columns. Distance between cross links is 5,0 m. Structure stability ensures system of bracings. Structural design report contains of assessment the main load-bearing elements and joints. The roofing and exterior building envelope consists of sandwich panels.
The Roof Structure of a Multipurpose Sport Building

The subject of my diploma thesis is to design and assess a multipurpose sports hall in the area of Brno-Bystrc. The shape of the hall is rectangular with dimensions 45 m × 48 m. The roof is designed from an arched truss. The height of the construction is 18 m. Part of the thesis is a technical report which contains details of construction, list of used materials, production and maintenance method. The work also includes the static calculation of supporting elements and joints and the graphical documentation. The valid CSN EN technical standards were used for the design and assessment.
The steel construction of an exhibition pavilion

The aim of the bachelor´s thesis is a design and assessment of steel structure of exhibition pavilion in Ostrava. The building is designed as a three-aisled hall with its dimensions 36x30 m. The supporting structure consist of columns and arched trusses. Main construction material is steel S355. Part of the thesis is statics calculation of the main load-bearing parts, details and drawings.
Leisure time centre with accomodation

New-building of leisure center. The building contains two stories, without basement. Structural system of building is created by Porotherm and supplemented by reinforced concrete columns. There are large entrance hall, canteen, lecture and exercise rooms in the ground level. Accommodation rooms, private apartment, laundry room and building manager’s apartment are situated in the second level of building. Roofing of the two-storey building is created by arched truss. The single-storey building is roofed by green roof.
The steel construction of a volleyball hall

The diploma thesis deals with the study of sports hall designated for volleyball. The volleyball hall is steel construction with arched truss with span of 30 meters. Sport`s background, roofed by mono-pitch plus saddle roof, is part of south-easterly side of the hall. The hall is situated in moderate slope terrain in cadastre unit Zbraslav na Moravě. Designed hall has rectangular plan (48 x 30 m) to this belongs also the foyer and the clubroom. Clear height of the hall is 15 m. Object consists of columnal structural system with steel columns that support arched truss. Center to center spacing of main truss is 8 m. The object is set up on reinforced concrete foundation pad. Column foot is sticked in foundation pad and column head is pinned. Roof’s and wall’s bracings provide stability of the hall. Curtain walling and roof cover is made of sandwich panels Kingspan. Insolation and daylighting is guaranteed by plastic windows set in the wall.
Multipurpose Sport Hall

The aim of the master’s thesis is design and assessment of multipurpose sport hall structure. located in Moravské Budějovice. The hall has rectangular ground plan and it is 40 m wide and 48 long. The proposal is developed in four variants according to ČSN EN. Structure is composed of rolling sections and tubes. The main bearing components are arched trusses. In both gable walls are designed steel truss columns. Structure has been accomplished by Scia Engineer 14 and hand computation
Wellness hotel

Newly built Wellness hotel. The building is partially basement. The building has three parts. The central part is made of reinforced concrete skeleton and has five aboveground floors. This part serves as the main entrance hall and staircase. The side tracts have four aboveground floors and their support system is a transverse wall, brick, from the system Porotherm. In the basement there is a swimming pool and hotel facilities. There is located a restaurant too. On the second floor there are rooms, a gym and services. On the top floor there are only hotel rooms. The building is based on thecontinous footings. Roofing is made arched trusses.
Relax Center

The main aim of this bachelor´s thesis is to project roof of Relax center in Brno and effectively use all structural elemnts. Basic building materials are glued laminated timber and solid timber, that improves interior ambience for visitors a lot. Big dimension of konstruction allows variability to place diverse water areas and attractions.
