Kindergarten in Zbýšov

ABSTRACT The scope of this Diploma thesis is create the detail design documentation for building of new nursery school in Zbýšov. The two-storey building with partial basement is located southwest and has a regular ground plan. There are four departments for children of the age from 3 to 6 years, administration part with language classroom and speech therapy classroom, offices and facilities for teachers, cafeteria and technical part located on the first floor. The building is constructed of Porotherm 30 Profi, Porotherm 30 AKU bricks and is built on concrete strip foundations. The perimeter of the basement is created by the vertical load-bearing walls made of reinforced concrete bricks. There is used the certified external thermal insulation composite system. The internal non-load masonry is designed from Porotherm 14 Profi and Porotherm 11,5 AKU. The horizontal load-bearing ceiling construction is made of pre-stressed reinforced concrete panel Spiroll. The stairs are monolithic, made of reinforced concrete. The flat roofs are designed with using of extensive green roof system.
Multifunctional house

The project addresses the construction of a multipurpose house in a vacant lot in the street Na Poříčí, Praha – Nové Město. The building is situated in flat terrain between two existing objects. The object is directly accessible from the local road and escape from the building is possible in two directions (to the existing communication and to the newly proposed parking lot in the courtyard of the building). Object is designed as a brick building (mostly shaped masonry system POROTHERM) with longitudinal bearing structural system. This is partial basement building (one subterranean floor) with seven storeys. Access to the property is possible via the existing local road in the vicinity of the building (Na Poříčí street).
Multifunctional house

Master´s thesis of Multifunctional house is compile in project documentation by legislation in force. Design object is situated on plats 877/1, 877/2 in Jičín. Building is divided on two parts – administrative section, determined for project-atelier and apartment section with five apartments. It is four-storey cellarless building with flat roof. The both sections have barrier-free access to object including parking and elevators. In apartment section is barrier-free apartment in downstairs. Project is compile including static analysis of connection girder, fire safety solution and thermal technical assessment.
Family house, Hamry nad Sázavou

The bachelor´s thesis The family house in Hamry nad Sázavou is processed as a project documentation. The proposed building structure is located in Hamry nad Sázavou. It is a detached house with three floors, a basement floor and a garage. This building construction is based on the strip footings. The load- bearing walls and partition walls are bricked up by Porotherm blocks. The ceilings are made up of ceramic beams POT and brick inserts Miako. The roof structure is designed as a wooden shad. The ground floor and the second floor is used for living. The basement is designed for as a storeroom, gym, playroom, technological room and a garage. The natural lighting is provided by wooden windows. The heating is ensured by a combination of a gas boiler and a fireplace. The disposition study and the seminar works are attached as a part of this project.
Detached house with photographic studio

The subject of this bachelor thesis is a non-detached new building of a family house with a residential attic in the village Bošovice, cadastral area Bošovice. The construction is largely designed as a timber, with a brick garage for two vehicles. The building is divided into a housing section, photo studio and a garage.The wooden structure consists of walls made of wooden frame, filled with thermal insulation and covered with gypsum fiber and cement-fiber boards, the ceilings are made of Posi-Joist beams with blow-in insulation. The wooden structure is built above the crawlspace. The residential part with the photo studio is covered with a gabled roof, the garage is covered with a flat roof. AutoCAD software was used to draw the drawing documentation.

The subject of this thesis is to create a project documentation of the design of the new development, a boarding house with a restaurant and wellness centre. The object is designed as a detached building with two floor and wine cellar. The first floor above ground contains a restaurant and wellness centre. On the second floor there are 14 rooms for rent. The object foundation base are foundation strips. The load-bearing structure is a clay masonry and prestressed concrete floor slabs Spiroll. The object is roofed with a flat green roof. The drawing is processed with help of AutoCAD software.

This bachelor’s thesis deals with a design for a new detached house on a slope, which is situated in the cadester area of the Down of Zbraslavice. The building is a two-floor house with a partial basement, which is designed for a four-member family. The house is detached. The vertical load-bearing structures are walled with clay blocks Porotherm, insulated with a contact thermal insulation system from expanded polystyren slabs. The basement is walled with permanent formwork Best and insulated with contact thermal insulation system from extruded polystyrene slabs. The building is roofed with a mono-pitched roof with 5- degree slope and exposed rafters. A garage for two cars is a part of the house.

The building is located on sloping land, it is brick house and it has two floors and a basement. The roofs are flat. The house is designed for family of four. The entrance is oriented to the northwest and living rooms to the south. The work includes documentation part and drawing part and it is created as an implementing project.

The horizontal load-bearing construction consists of reinforced concrete prestressed hollow core slabs Spiroll. The house is roofed with a flat roof. The bachelor’s thesis has the form of a design documentation for the building process.
Family house at the farm

The bachelor thesis deals with project documentation of a family farmhouse. The project documentation is intended for building permit. The family house will be located in region of Vysočina, municipality of Luka nad Jihlavou and cadastral area of Luka nad Jihlavou. The building is situated in moderate steep terrain. Important goal is complex effect of the building and its merging with surrounding environment and with designed area of the other farm buildings as well. The house is consisting of two housing units. The main housing unit is designed for family of four members and the second unit is designed as housing for guests. The building is designed as masonry construction with two floors above ground and one floor below ground. For vertical structures above ground is HELUZ system used and for vertical structures below ground is permanent formwork used. Horizontal structures partly consist from SPIROLL ceiling system and partly from wooden ceiling structures. For construction of the roof, which is designed as gabled roof with built-in trapezoid dormers, is KM Beta roof system used.
