Impact of competitive pressures, ever-increasing investor demands and the unstable economic situation forces construction companies to more effective preparation and management of contracts. The subject of this thesis is the preparation and management of construction contracts in the construction company. The theoretical part is devoted to the description management by project and its tools, supply activities and supplier preparation of construction. Theoretical explanation matters of project management is followed by practical demonstration of the selected job.

The subject of this bachelor thesis is to get acquainted with the organization of a particular order in a construction company. The theoretical part of the thesis is focused on the description of basic concepts and issues of project management. The practical part deals with the application of project management on a specific building contract. Subject of this building contract is Sports Hall – Sokolovna Svinov, a new building, which is realized in the years 2018-2020 in the city district Ostrava-Svinov.

The objective of this bachelor thesis is to describe the organisation of an order in a construction company through a specific order example. Thus, this thesis shows the order in its key parts and describes the individual stages of the order organisation in the company. The theoretical part of the thesis is focused on the actual project management problems. It describes the objectives and plans of a construction company, the background circumstances related to the project organisation, to its stages and aims. The chapters focused on the organisational structures of the company and on the stages of the contract management can be found at the end of the theoretical part of this thesis. The second part of this thesis is practical and it deals with the application of the project management in the company Skanska a. s., in particular, with the stages that describe the process of the order passing through the company.

Impact of the COVID-19 Pandemic on Contruction Companies in the Czech Republic

The bachelor's thesis describes and evaluates the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on construction companies in the Czech Republic using controlled interviews with representatives of companies and a questionnaire solution. The theoretical part generally describes problems caused by the coronavirus pandemic, which affect Czech construction industry. It is a description of the process of the pandemic in the Czech Republic, a description of selected anti-epidemic measures and government compensation bonuses. Part of the work is a description of the effects of the pandemic at the selected construction company and also prepared part of the documentation to management construction contract.

The aim of this diploma thesis is a construction order preparation and management from aspect of investor. The diploma thesis is divided on the theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part contains information about life cycle of the project, the legislative environment, financing and about contractual relations between projects. In the practical part, these theoretical knowledge are subsequently are applied to a particular public contract where the investor is the town of Mohelnice. A target of this diploma thesis is to describe and analyze the entire course of the implementation of the public construction contract from preparation to completion and putting into operation.

The task of the thesis is to desrcibe the process of the particular stages of life cycle of a certain construction contract from the point of view of an investor and to analyze the issues of environmental protection and its impact on the preparation of constructions. The required outcome of this thesis is the creation of respective documentation for management of a construction contract.

The aim of this master thesis is to describe reconstruction of property, owned by the municipality, damage was caused by natural disaster. In theoretical part, we clear up important terms and processes, whitch are then applied in the practical part, where we discuss the planning, financing and reconstruction of municipal property. The output of the thesis is the processed domunents of managing reconstruction.
