HABÁSKO Jakub: Production process optimization. The project elaborated in frame of the Master degree, study branch Metrology and Quality Assurance Testing. This Master´s thesis deals with optimization of process plan. In virtue of submission was created an analysis present condition using of statistical methods and it was created suitable statistical methods applicable in production organization. Then is here described the problem of brazing bells, because in this place is originating the most of uptightness. Then the thesis brings recommendation and findings, which can help with optimization this process.

Use of Contol Charts in Quality Control

This diploma thesis deals with use of Shewhart Control Charts in quality control. The thesis describes the currently used process of quality control in the enterprise. Afterwards practical guidance for implementation of the statistical process control of the selected component and evaluation of capability is provided. An application for creating control charts and monitoring the quality of the product is included.

Use of Statistical Methods for Data Processing

This thesis aims to evaluate a new manufacturing process by using statistical methods SPC. In the theoretical part provides the basic methods and rules applied in the assessment of control charts. The next part evaluates the current state of the company Hanhart Morkovice s.r.o. analysis and production of coils. The analytical part deals with control charts for reference and quality characters using statistical software process capability indexes and control charts. Based on information from the analytical part, conclusions are drawn and designed for long-term steps using established methods of SPC for quality characters.

The Six Sigma methodology

Bachelor thesis deals with the desription of the statistical foundations and individual steps of Six Sigma, which are descibed by the DMAIC model. The thesis focuses on statistical process control and control charts. The main goal is to evaluate the possible use of control charts for attributes, namely the control chart for fraction nonconforming or p-diagram and to describe its properties expressed by the operating characteristic (OC). The influence of the sample size on the OC curve is examined. The last part of this theses deals with the desription of the xi-diagram as an alternative of the p-diagram. The properties of this alternative and classical p-diagram are compared.

Způsobilost procesu tepelného zpracování

Diplomová práce pojednává o způsobilosti procesu tepelného zpracování. Hlavním cílem je zhodnotit způsobilost procesu, který se uskutečňuje ve strojírenském podniku. Byly sledovány hodnoty tvrdosti, které se zavedly do regulačních diagramů a z nich byly vypočteny indexy způsobilosti. Po zhodnocení způsobilosti procesu tepelného zpracování byla navržena napravná opatření.
