Thesis provides actual information on assembling of cost calculation in private company which deals with technology supply for agricultural operations. I create price calculation for building reconstruction on the basis of documentation that had been provided by the company. Calculation is created by typified figures. At the end there is final calculation and evaluation of calculation methods in this company.

Creating a reporting system serving as an effective management tool of company.

This work had the aim to identify the key performance indicators of managing company on the basis of analysis its account statements. From these statements propose or improve reporting system. Analyzed company already has reporting system, so there are improvements, which consist in condensing reports, using ratio indicators and more interactivity of published reports.

The diploma thesis under the title "Controlling as a method of control of an organization" is concentrated on controlling in a particular organization. The objective of this thesis is presentment of controlling as a method of control of an organization, whom an objective is reach of an planned society`s values. The theoretical part of the thesis presents the sence and tasks of controlling. The author presents calculations, planning, budgetes, business controlles because controlling is based on these systems. The practical part brings an analyse of controlling in a particular organization. In the conclusion, the particular organization controlling arrangement is assessed, and appropriate changes for the organization are suggested.

Vliv růstu počtu obyvatel na rozpočet obce Černilov

Hlavním cílem je analyzovat vliv růstu počtu obyvatel na hospodaření obce v letech 2001 ? 2006. Dále stanovit, zda růst či pokles výdajů obce nějak souvisí s růstem počtu obyvatel. Provedla jsem analýzu růstu počtu obyvatel v jednotlivých letech, jak z hlediska přirozeného přírůstku, tak stěhováni. Následně jsem analyzovala data ze závěrečných účtů obce. Příjmy a výdaje jsem rozdělila do tématických skupin a konfrontací s údaji o počtu obyvatel jsem vyvodila konečné závěry. Vzhledem k poměrně malému růstu počtu obyvatel a ke změnám, které proběhly ve financování a organizaci, se nepotvrdil předpokládaný zásadní vliv růstu počtu obyvatel na rozpočet obce Černilov.

The main aim of the thesis work is a description of internal budgeting. The work is divided among eight basic questions concerned with company budgets compared with my observations from the firm. Theoretical part came out from a basic managerial accounting literature. Internal information, methods and tabs from branch of Japanese firm which act her business in a local Czech market.
