Vliv přímé letecké linky na rozvoj cestovního ruchu v destinaci

This diploma thesis deals with the introduction of direct air routes and their influ-ence on the development of tourism in the destination. The theoretical background is thematically elaborated within the framework of literature review, the methodology is then based on available foreign studies, together with methods for primary data collection. The practical part begins with the analysis of the higher territorial administrative unit and then applies the methodology within the case study for the South Moravian Region. Graphical and statistical evaluations of the obtained data are completed with comments. Based on the results, recommendations for stakeholders are formulated.

Fialová, D. Strategy of tourism in Brno. Bachelor thesis. Brno: Mendel University in Brno, 2019. The bachelor thesis deals with the strategy of tourism in Brno by comparing it to the strategy of tourism in Berlin. The first part of the thesis is literary research and it is focused on the concept of tourism, destination management, strategy of tourism and methods that are used in this thesis. The second part of the thesis is analysing Brno and Berlin as comparised destinations and there is basic informa-tion about their recent strategies of tourism. After this part destinations are being analysed by comparative analysis, benchmarking methods, SWOT analysis and their recent strategies are being evaluated. These steps are evolving in later discussion, which is terminated in final ideas and propsals for the strategy of tou-rism in Brno. These proposals are inspired by Berlin strategy and they are based on own observation, observation by residents, strategic coworkers and analysis conducted in this thesis.

The thesis deals with possibilities of development of the destination Lopušná do-lina and defines its current state. Theoretical part establishes basic terminology of tourism, destination, partnerships in destination, marketing and management of destination, and organisation of tourism in Slovakia. In analytical part, the destination is characterised with its supply and organisation. Destination’s visitors are characterised based on the data form the questionnaire. In the proposition part are described possibilities of the development regarding drawbacks found in analysis. The greatest flaw found is insufficient promotion of the destination. The aim of the thesis is the formulation of the development strategy, which is marketing and promotion of the area. Marketing communication mix is created and eco-nomically evaluated.

The aim of my thesis is to set suitable steps for The Sky Walk at Dolní Morava which will lead to a strengthening of the market position, increase the number of visitors at the location and also increase the occupancy of accommodation facilities. The literature review describes the basic concepts of tourism, destination, destination management, marketing related to tourism, marketing research and analysis of external environment. The following is the characteristic of Dolní Morava and its external PEST analysis. Furthermore, there is a questionnaire survey and summary of key factors. Based on the results of the analysis and the questionnaire survey are set up appropriate measures and recommendations.

The destination’s quality is evaluated by the visitors of the destination and the business entities providing the services in Brno. They use the individual factors influencing the quality of the destination. It’s in the form of the questionnaire, the primary marketing research.

The bachelor thesis focuses on the influence of festival Smetana’s Litomyšl on tourism in Litomyšl. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the influence of Smetana’s Litomyšl on tourism in Litomyšl and to provide some recommendations in order to eliminate negative impacts. To bring it to successful conclusion, there were applied a primary marketing study and a secondary marketing research. In conclusion of this bachelor thesis there are included suggestions and recommendations for increasing satis-faction of visitors of the festival and residents of Litomyšl.

Brno: FRRMS MENDELU, 2019 The thesis concerns the Q-method and its use in the field of destination managment as a tool for the segmentation of tourism market. The aim of this work is to identity the groups of respondents in relation to their preferred destination. To evaluate the results of the Q-method, the online statistical method Azabala was used. This method is available online. An additional component of this work is a questionaire. In the thesis, a correlation of the Q-methodological survey with the questionnaire was performed.
Models Supporting Decision Making of a Tourism Destination Management

This diploma thesis focuses on the application of system thinking and its methods to the issues of decision making within destination management and its organizations. The main aim of the thesis was to create a model to support decision making of destination management organization and to plan sustainable and responsible tourism development in the destination. A partial aim was to create a simplified model in which a simulation of the given system was performed. This aim has been applied to the destination of Cesky Krumlov. The contribution of the work is to find optimal decisions, policies and individual processes in order to assess the subsequent impacts and manage the development of tourism destination towards sustainability.

Coollaboration of Stakeholders in a Tourism Destination

The aim of the thesis Collaboration of Stakeholders in a Tourism Destination is to evaluate the level and intensity of cooperation in tourism in the South Bohemian Region from the perspective of key stakeholders in the destination, including the management and development relationship of tourism in the destination. In the first part of the research, the information concerning the destination management and marketing, the stakeholders and their cooperation was obtained with the help of secondary data. For the collection of secondary data, printed literature and websites were mainly used in connection with the selected tourism destination - the South Bohemian Region. Based on the findings from the literature and other secondary sources, the collection of primary data was planned in the form of a questionnaire survey. It has become clear that the destination marketing organizations, which best meet the attributes of power, legitimacy and urgency, are the key stakeholder. According to the research, it was found out that the cooperation between the public and private sectors is significantly inadequate. There are several major obstacles that prevent effective cooperation among the particular stakeholders. To improve the cooperation, it is necessary to streamline the communication between the organizations and other stakeholders and to plan a project within the tourism industry, which will help with the cooperation among as many stakeholders as possible.
