Vliv před-fermentační macerace na obsahové látky moštu révy vinné
Sapík, Miloslav
Data shows that if the year is similar to year 2013, as regards to the increased content of titratable acid, there can be a longer maceration pulp, which may serve as the future harmoniousness wine. Appropriate sufficient time of maceration for any decrease in titratable acidity corresponds to the period of maceration form 4 to 12 hours. Regarding the tartaric acid and malic acid, the time of maceration appears to be approximately 8 hours. From this time forth there may be rises in values of malic acid, which can cause microbiological instability. If we wanted to get the largest share of the health-promoting substances of this year, the must had to be macerated at least 48 hours.
Hodnocení pěstitelských vlastností nových PIWI odrůd
Pospíšil, Pavel
This thesis deals with the evaluation of new growing characteristics PIWI varieties. The main objective was to determine whether the new interspecific varieties from other EU countries suitable for our conditions . Literary section discusses the intersection of interspecific varieties for registration of varieties and of tests for distinctness, uniformity, stability and value. The methodology describes selected varieties Solaris , Aletta , Johanniter , Hibernal , Saphira , Cabernet Cortis , Rösler , which are a prerequisite for its expansion in the country. The experiment was conducted in the vineyards of a private company that has these varieties planted in large areas and wineries already sold on the Czech market. The following describes the analytical method used to obtain the results . These results were summarized in tables and graphs. Based on the theoretical and practical knowledge has been discussed for each variety, their quantitative and qualitative terms.
Využití bioaktivních látek k prodloužení údržnosti mléčných výrobků
Šafářová, Iveta
The theme of this thesis is The use of bioactive compounds in order to prolong durability of dairy products. In the theoretical part, the importance, presence and influence of bioactive compounds are discussed. Also described are the individual dairy products, the use of fermentation in order to prolong durability of products and the use of lactic acid bacteria during process of production of fermented dairy products. Subsequently, the discussion focuses on the influence of bioactive compounds in dairy products on personal health. The aim of the practical part is to examine the influence of adding herbal essential oils and infusions into the sweet whey. The investigation concentrated on whether there was any influence on the chemical properties of whey and its durability.
Vliv obsádky na dynamiku hydrochemických parametrů v systému intenzivního chovu lososovitých ryb
Teplý, Martin
Aim of the thesis was to evaluate the influence of fish stock on the hydrochemical parameters of the water in Recirculating systems. A part of the work was elaboration of the literature review on the topic. In the experimental part was performed several trials under laboratory and practical conditions. The first trial aimed on comparison of hydrochemical parameters between recilculating system with biological filtration and recirculating system without biological filtration. There was studied a content of nitrogen compounds. The content of ammonia nitrogen was higher in the system without filtration (0.2 -- 1.0 mg.l-1) than in the system with biological filtration (0.1 -- 0.4 mg.l-1). In the system with the biological filtration was higher a content of the nitrite nitrogen ranged from 0.14 to 0.16 mg.l-1. In the system without filtration ranged content of nitrite nitrogen from 0.01 to 0.1 mg.l-1. In the next trial was monitored a development of the hydro chemical parameters in recirculating systems after their launch. Two monitoring was made. In the first three weeks was observed increased content of ammonium nitrogen, after its reduction increased nitrite nitrogen. These compounds were sufficiently degraded roughly after a one month. The third trial was aimed on changes in recirculating systems during 24 hours. Monitored were contents of nitrogen compounds, oxygen and pH. The lowest content of ammonium nitrogen was registered at night. The biggest increase of ammonium nitrogen was found after feeding of the fish. Content of nitrite nitrogen increased during monitoring due to biological degradation of ammonium nitrogen in filter. The biggest decrease of oxygen was registered after fish feeding. Oxygen decreased op to 10 percent. The pH continuously decreased during monitoring due to CO2 production of fish and biological processes in filter.
Mapování a návrh úpravy pramenných vývěrů v polesí Valšovice
Čechová, Martina
This thesis presents the mapping and drafts of the modification of water springs in the school forest district of Valšovice which belongs to the the Secondary Forestry School in Hranice. The goal of the thesis was to make laboratory analyzes, annual monitoring of natural springs, measurement of the spring intensity, temperature, pH and oxygen content. The values have been evaluated and shown in tables and graphs. The thesis contains proposals of modifications of all the natural springs there. The proposal of the chosen spring is complemented by a graphical representation and a hand sketch presenting the location of the modify natural spring, information panel and a bench in the area where the spring is located. Furthermore the thesis looks into the proposal of the widening of the existing nature trails of Valšovice where the springs are located and the proposal of information panels of the natural trail.
Kontrola kvality vod Bílého potoka
Brychtová, Jana
This work is focused on monitoring the water quality of the White Creek and basic information characterizing the selected site. Samples were collected from October 2012 to September 2013 monthly to capture the changes in the seasons. I measured the conductivity and pH of samples taken from three locations using the multimeter. Two measured sections were chosen in the natural park of the White Creek Valley third grader segment is outside the Valley of the White Creek near the source of the White Creek. Measurements should prove fluctuations pH and conductivity in the case of larger tributary waters from rainfall or melting snow. The paper further describes the natural park of the White Valley Creek with regard to protected species occurring plants and animals. There are also described methods, principles and importance of pH and conductivity. The work is made of the laws governing water quality and flow distribution. In conclusion is emphasized influence of pH on aquatic life and the importance of measuring these indicators. The aim of the work was the monitoring of selected sections of the stream flow White Creek using selected methods (pH, conductometry).
The chemical and physical parameters of precipitation waters in the Stropnicko region.
MORBICEROVÁ, Iveta
This work aimed to evaluate long-term changes of selected chemical and physical parameters of rainwater from their own rain gauge stations Stropnicko. Chemical and physical parameters influence the rate of loss of substance in the landscape through the soil environment. In particular, the amount and concentration of dissolved sulphates and nitrates, affecting the value of the current pH. Samples were taken from their own rain gauge stations Stropnicko. Names of stations from which samples were taken are Horní Stropnice, Nakolice, Paseky and Nové Hrady. Rainfall were measured between the years 2005-2011 and were subjected to chemical analysis.
Evaluation of quality and the renewal of surface water in the area affected by surface coal mining.
VLÁŠEK, Ondřej
The aim of the study was to evaluate the parameters of quality and renewal of surface water in the area affected by surface brown-coal mining. Selected streams were monitored on the Great pokrusnohorska dump, and streams unaffected by dumps. Values of pH, conductivity, alkalinity, oxygen saturation and temperature were measured, and quantitative and qualitative samples of macrozoobethos were taken too. The dump?s water are characterized by high concentrations of dissolved solids and alkalinity. Species diverzity of these waters is lower and is affected not only by chemical compositon of the water, but also by the character of the bottom substrate.
