Systém motivace a odměňování pracovníků ve vybrané organizaci

This thesis is focused on a motivation and a reward system in an organization which has a location in the South Bohemia region and it has 1425 employees. I made a questionnaire survey based on an answers from the respondents. In the first part of the thesis, the topic of remuneration of motivational resources is from several authors who deal with. They are many explanations about basic terms, the difference between motivation and stimulation, the type of motivation, the employees reward system, or what a professional manager should be like, who must properly motivate employees to perform well. The second part is the practical part, where I chose the company which I analyzed. I received 81 answers about the motivation and the reward system. How satisfied the employees are in the company, or what they want to change.

Employee Satisfaction and the Wage System of the Company

This bachelor thesis deals with satisfaction of employee and wage system in the company. Employee satisfaction is a highly discussed topic these days due to the low unemployment rate. The fluctuation of employees makes companies to focus on satisfaction of their employees very thoroughly because the employees leave means increases the costs of company. This work is focused on the issue of the wage system and the management of human resources, which is related to the motivation, stimulation and satisfaction of the employees. The remuneration system is analyzed in the chosen company. The main purpose is to evaluate the connection between the employee satisfaction and the applied wage system in the chosen company. The evaluation is done through a questionnaire survey. Based on the found data, measures are proposed to improve the current situation in the company.
The issue of wages in a selected company

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyse labour costs in accounting, determine their influence on calculation of corporate income tax and suggest possible solutions to optimize these costs. The theoretical part presents basic terminology, wage regulations and other wage matters which are used further in the practical part. The practical part aims at labour costs and the system of remuneration of employees in a selected accounting entity. This part includes bonuses, benefits, rewards and other job benefits that are provided in the accounting entity. The data analysed in the practical part are gathered from internal sources of the company in the form of personal meeting and a subsequent interview with the personal manager. The selected company produces plastic pipes and currently it employees around 1 500 employees. Various schemes of job perks are used to calculate and determine an optimum level of labour costs. The result of this analysis is an evaluation of the scheme in terms of corporate income tax and a selection of the most beneficial option for the company in question.
Remuneration System of Employees in Chosen Company

This diploma thesis deals with the system of remuneration of employees in the company. The aim of the diploma thesis is to evaluate the current system of remuneration of the selected company and to propose possible innovations in this system that could led to its improvement. The theoretical part first introduces the basic concepts of remuneration and the legislation that deals with remuneration. The second part describes the system of remuneration, payroll forms of remuneration and employee benefits. The last part of literary research characterizes innovations and their division. The practical part is focused on the system of remuneration in the concrete company. First are the general and economic characteristics of the selected business stated. Subsequently the human capital of the company is analysed from the point of view its development and separation by gender, education and level job. The next section describes the current system of remuneration. Then is the system evaluated using SWOT analysis. There is also evaluation of the human capital and its effectiveness. The result of the work are concrete proposals of innovation which should contribute to improving the current system of remuneration.

This diploma thesis deals with system of evaluation and remuneration for employees in company called Vesa Velhartice, a. s. in Velhartice. This company focused on growing and breeding potato varieties. Other company activities include agricultural production, processing and selling agricultural products. This thesis has two parts. First, in theoretical part of the work basic terms and their meaning are described, evaluation and rewarding of employees and types of wages. The second part, the application, is devoted to the company, the organizational structure, the analysis of the evaluation and rewarding system and the employee benefits. Information for the analysis was obtained on the basis of internal organizational documents, unstructured interview and questionnaire survey. Using these data, it was possible to develop proposals and recommendations that could lead to overall improvement.
Gender gap index and happiness

This bachelor thesis investigates the relationship between the level of gender inequality given by The Global Gender Gap Index (GGGI) and women's happiness. Using the cross-sectional data from The World Values Survey from 22 different countries, the main goal was to explore the possible existence of a positive relationship between the GGGI index (which reflects the rate of gender differences in particular country where lower values represent higher rate of gender inequality) and relative happiness of women in comparison with happiness of men. The work introduces not only the variables that are considered to be the main determinants of happiness according to the current studies, but also specific indexes related to the issue of gender inequality. All in all, the work is comprised of seven models working with the whole dataset of 22 countries, six models working with the data divided by gender and two different models created for each of four groups into which the countries were divided based on their rate of GGGI index. These models estimate the effect of GGGI index and its four components on happiness of individuals, on relative happiness of women and also the difference between women's and men's happiness in groups with different average GGGI index. Bachelor thesis deals with the issue of labour relations in terms of the optimization of the labor costs that are related to employment of new staff. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the basic concepts in labor relations. Analytical part aims to analyze payroll costs on the basis of our chosen company and selects the most suitable solution to optimize payroll costs when creating new working positions.
