The Feast
Orel Tomáš, Jakub ; Šejn, Miloš ; Ruller, Tomáš
For the realization of forest feast, I chose the form of a happening, and consciously find myself on the edge of art and ritual. I see art as both artifacts created a situation for forest receptions, so the process of formation and reflection receptions, concept or screenplay. Different variants of scenarios that stand in zákadě events I describe below in thinking about work. Also, the script for which I have reached the gradual development considerations, is to read the below invitation to the event, enclosed in the picture. A Feast For example, in ancient Greece began and ended the festival of sacrifice to the gods. I decided to accentuate this motive. The victim from receiving food, waiver of thanksgiving everyday dish deepens, it becomes a conscious activity. In the Christian world has in this sense, the greatest significance of the Last Supper, its symbolism are the most important ritual in the Christian Mass. The feast of Christ gradually became a major theme in the history of art to the modernist and contemporary design. However, I wanted to draw your own version of a symbolic feast as it is for me the key theme of the relationship between man and nature, I placed a feast to the natural landscape. That is my role model in the theater of orgies and mysteries Herman Nitsch and installation Woman House Dinner Party by Judy Chicago. My happening also counts with people, which is thought imminent. Already during previous meetings with small domestic fire, we realized that it is an intimate ritual and should be well participants choose to debate with them about the situation, well brighten intention. Some of the invited guests with my thoughts directly disagreed and refused to participate. That's why I later reviewed, it is a community event. Close relationships that are fundamental perception of that experience helps a reality shared apartment, in the city center on Minority 12. Here, daily life is characterized by the features of a small community. One of the reasons why some invitees refused participation is likely that not so common reality. They do not have a clear awareness of the artistic realities and contexts that allow action should be viewed with a certain detachment, as a result of some conceptual activity of the author. Flavor through community acquires a more significant role if Ideally happening repeat (turns into a ritual), but this time actually with cultivars, products directly in preparation for this purpose. So in terms of actual conscious experience of the origin of food and the principle of submission (the victim): That is their commitment to a particular location to maintain the robust earth energy. The issue of my presentation happening is an issue. I think there is a need, the essence lies in the internal happenings and common experiences of the people involved. Therefore I kept an open space, which form when presenting choose. During implementation, however, consistently work documents. Some moments, however, are not transferable camera. Thus documenting the needs of the thesis and its presentation. Ideally, in the future feasts I want to accentuate documentation retreat.

Nasal Fixation by Methamphetamine Users
VĚTROVSKÁ, Lucie
The diploma thesis theme, which I have chosen, Addiction to the nasal use of pervitin, is based on my long-term interest in this subject. One of the factors that may be important in the study of any drug problem is the ritual. Rituals here may appear on several levels - it may contribute to the formation and maintenance of a dependency, in the application itself (creation of "lines" on the mirror, the use of identity cards, sniffing with a rolled banknote, etc.) and can take various forms (e.g., group or individual) (Holzbachova, 1999). For my thesis, I have chosen the method of qualitative research. The basic approach of qualitative research includes the grounded theory. The aim of the thesis is to analyze and describe the different aspects of ritual behavior of nasal drug users. The research question was to discover, which aspects of ritual occur in nasal drug users. As it is described in literature, all drug users ritualize the drug application to some extent. This represents stylized and routine behavior that occurs during drug use. There are situations, like the procurement of drugs, methods of taking, activities following the use of drugs and the ways to prevent the negative effects of drugs (Grund, 1993). During an interview, two of the interviewees said the word "ritual". Cyril considers it a ritual and the activities precede sniffing. These are activities associated with the hunt for the drug, the journey to the drug and the nervousness "before trip", which according to him is stronger than the feeling of drug application. Dana describes the application procedure as a ritual. However, she describes as ritualistic her behavior during the purchase of a sufficient supply of cigarettes for intoxication or when applying the drug on the toilet seat, wiping the toilet boards before the actual preparation of the drug for application. Although the other two interviewees did not use the word ritual in their answers directly, some ritualistic elements signaled a routine behavior in conducting the drugs process by them as well. In general, we assume that the thesis can contribute to the discussion about the ritual aspects of drug users. This work brings in new information about the rituals of nasal drug users. We anticipate publication in a professional periodical.
Coronation of Joseph I. to become the king of Rome in Augsburg in 26. January 1690
MICHŇOVÁ, Nikola
The presented diploma thesis deals with the election and coronation of archduke Joseph to become the king of Rome that took place in January 1690 in Augsburg. It focuses on a reconstruction of the individual ritual steps of coronation ceremonies that had fixed ceremonial rules. It aims to interpret the rich symbolic message of all performance parts that the author describes chronologically as they followed one another. They included the ceremonial entrance of the imperial family into Augsburg, the arrival of the individual electors of the Roman-German Empire into the city, the pre-election negotiations, the election of the new king of Rome as such and the coronation of the elected archduke Joseph that followed. Attention was also paid to the sumptuous celebrations and the spectacular coronation feast that took place after the young Habsburg was enthroned. Presenting precious gifts to the emperor, his wife and son was also part of the performances. Members of the reigning dynasty accepted priceless objects from the representatives of the municipality of Augsburg and of the Estates of the Roman-German Empire, the allegoric decoration of which bore rich symbolism. The thesis therefore attempts to uncover the individual symbolic elements of the decoration constituted mostly by motives from ancient mythology and scenes from Christian catechism. They celebrated the recipients of the gifts and mirrored ideal virtues that a ruler from the House of Habsburg should possess.

The rituals and their use in practices in nursery school
ERHARTOVÁ, Jana
The Bachelor paper focuses on the use and the importance of rituals, as these forms of conduct find their application in human life generally and in kindergarten practices especially. The theoretical section - trying to define the term of ritual which can assume a broad range of meanings from a ceremony to a custom to an order or an ordered routine - describes different rituals, be they festivities, family rituals observed in association with daily routines, or rituals helping people to face the ever-changing conditions of life. The practical section, relying on the author's hands-on experience, deals with daily rituals practiced throughout the year in kindergartens and, having proceeded to the research part, it analyses rituals followed in a group of chosen infant schools. To support the research effort, the author opted for the method based on a questionnaire. To make the practical section properly illustrative, it has been complemented with examples of ritual usage gathered in the author's own practice and with a collection of circular and other rituals performed in infant schools.
