Advanced technology project of valve body
Štábl, Martin ; Zemčík, Oskar (referee) ; Zemčík, Oskar (advisor)
This diploma work is dealing with the progressive production technology proposal of the valve body type S43 components. This is the high-pressure valve for the classical power supply. Here in the work is described the structural design of the valves, the material of the valve body and its machinability. Following an analysis of the existing production technology is the new production technology proposal for this part. All is designed with regards to the business possibilities of the Armaturka Vranová Lhota company. In conclusion of the work is presented the technical economic evaluation of both the existing and the proposed manufacturing technology.

Production technology for part of metal cuting machine.
Kachyňa, Stanislav ; Zemčík, Oskar (referee) ; Zemčík, Oskar (advisor)
This thesis deals with design for manufacturing technology single part on machine FS, which is the connecting part. Work deals with the material of this component, therefore, cast iron with lamellar graphite, the properties of this material, primarily focusing on the machinability. Due to the shape and dimensions of the workpiece is also described problems cutting of box parts, the most common operations used in their manufacture, including cutting tools and materials. These findings are then applied in terms of the company TOS Kuřim - OS a.s. An analysis of current manufacturing technology and design is made for its amendment. In conclusion with the technical-economic evaluation.

Modern cutting cemented carbide tools
Štefek, Jaromír ; Kalivoda, Milan (referee) ; Píška, Miroslav (advisor)
This thesis deals with modern cutting cemented carbide tools. In the first section are stated several basic innovations already used tools for basic machining operations, which is turning, milling and drilling. It continues with analysis of single materials for production of cemented carbides, non coated as well as coated and with comparing of their properties. There are listed the basic cutting properties of the cutting tools after that. The penultimate point of the work is optimization of the basic machining operations, namely roughing and finishing, for a given application, which is in this case turning on the lamp stand. Finally, everything is summed up and evaluated in the conclusion.

The Study of Economics of Tooling Technology
Ondrášek, Dušan ; Humár, Anton (referee) ; Jurová, Marie (advisor)
The aim of this diploma thesis addresses issues related to obtaining methodology for the production manager´s decision-making process in the field of technology selection, suitable tooling and cutting tools selection for a specific order or particular production plan. Evaluation of the manufacturing process while taking into consideration complexion of process controlling and contexture to the economy of this process. Analysis and evaluation of technological and economical aspects of a manufacturing process of the CNC chip machining in a real environment is targeted on the field of tooling, its selection, purchase, economy and consumption. The process controlling of technology is based on this analysis as well as the formulation of measuring by economic indicators such as economy, productivity, profitability etc. The analysis of important factors and parameters of this process demonstrated an influence on economy of the company. Several model cases have been created from the company records and from the provided research, the output of which became a basic methodology. The output of the analysis indicates possible directions of a management decision making. Thanks to a complex technical-economic view this thesis can serve as a methodological instrument for decision makers in the field of technology and cutting tool selections as well as an economy of production process improvement.

Theory of metal machining in 3D applications created with software SolidWorks
BULÁNEK, Jiří
This diploma thesis addresses the issues associated with the theory of chip machining of metals. The theories are supported in many chapters by illustrative images created in the SolidWorks 3D modeler. The introductory part is rather theoretical, describing integrally and systematically the basic terms of splinter machining. The subsequent chapters address the issues of the turning tool edge geometry, different types of tools? materials, chip development, forces, work, temperatures and heat emitted during the work. Furthermore, the diploma thesis also addressed issues related to the machining efficiency. Finally, the conclusion of the thesis consists of a description of the basic types of milling and turn machining
