Blažeková, L. The satisfaction of foreign visitors in destination South Moravia. Bachelor thesis. Brno: Mendel University in Brno, 2023. The bachelor thesis focuses on the analysis of satisfaction factors in the tourist destination Jižní Morava. A face-to-face field research was conducted in 5 areas of the region of South Moravia. The questionnaire survey took place in the months of June to September 2022 to collect primary data, of which 370 questionnaires were used for the purpose of this work. The aim of the work is to compare the satis-faction in the areas of Brno and surroundings, Slovácko, Pálava and Lednice-Valtice Area, Moravian Karst and Znojemsko and Podyjí. Furthermore, the correla-tion of the rating of overall satisfaction with the rating of individual factors was examined. On the basis of the research results, suggestions for improving the factors causing visitor dissatisfaction are made.

Rozvoj cestovního ruchu v turistické oblasti Podhostýnsko

The bachelor thesis is focused on the development of tourism in the tourist area of Podhostýnsko. In the first part of the thesis a literature search is prepared, which describes and explains all the concepts related to the issue. The analytical part then focuses on the description of the Podhostýnsko region and the analysis of the external and internal environment. The work also includes a questionnaire survey focused on the motivation and satisfaction of visitors in the area. In addition, interviews with accommodation establishments about tourists are obtained. Based on the findings on the current state of tourism, a proposal for its improvement was developed.

Satisfaction with services as a factor of tourism development in the area of Prácheňsko

The bachelor thesis is aimed at identifying various types of factors that affect tourist´s satisfaction and analysing them. The main factors to be considered are the quality of the services offered in the Prácheňsko area and also the number of these services of the primary and secondary offer. These data were obtained using a questionnaire among tourists who visited this area in summer 2020 - the top of the season. Most of the tourists were from the Czech Republic and about thirty of them were foreigners. The questionnaire also compare the situation in Prácheňsko and South Bohemia as a whole. The collected data and their subsequent analysis is used for evaluating the current situation and for improving, both the quality of services and satisfaction. Consequently, a possible recommendation suggested in this thesis addresses the needs of this area of tourism. Visitors` Satisfaction in South Bohemia (Czech Canada Tourist Area)

The main goal of the thesis is an identification of factors influencing satisfaction of South Bohemian visitors, particularly in Czech Canada Region, based on a quantitative research. It solves the issue of quality and quantity of a primary and a secondary supply of tourism in the chosen region in terms of demand. The outcome of the thesis is a proposal of measures leading to increasing in the satisfaction of tourism participants in the destination.

The degree of the visitors' satisfaction in the tourist region of Posázaví

Visitors' satisfaction at selected event - Znojemské historické vinobraní 2019

The diploma thesis describes factors affecting a visitors´ satisfaction at selected event, specifically the Znojemské historické vinobraní 2019. It focuses on factors that affect tourists during their visit to a social event and compares their idea with the real situation. The aim of the thesis is to identify deficiencies in this sector and point to them in a such way that the results can be applied in practice. The work tries to improve the provided services to satisfy the widest range of visitors of the ZHV. As the primary source was used the questionnaire survey, which was created for the purposes of this work. This survey was carried out during September and October 2019 in the Znojmo region, where the celebration takes place. The results obtained in this work will help in the coming years in organizing the ZHV.

Visitors` Satisfaction in South Bohemia (Krumlov Tourist Area)

The bachelor thesis identifies the factors influencing the level of satisfaction of visitors of South Bohemia. Specifically, this work is focused on factors that affect visitors during their stay in the Krumlovsko tourist area. It solves the quality and quantity of a primary and secondary supply in this tourist region in terms of demand. The work tries to define the provided services which need to be improved to satisfy a wider range of visitors to the Krumlovsko area. A questionnaire survey was used as the main source of visitors' opinions of satisfaction. The survey was carried out during the summer season of 2019 in the region of Krumlovsko. In the questionnaire visitors evaluated the aspects related to the destination from cultural and natural sights to infrastructure and accommodation. The outcome of this work is to introduce certain measures to improve the satisfaction of the parties involved in the tourist industry in the Krumlovsko region.

Visitors` Satisfaction in South Bohemia (Lipno Tourist Area)

The higher number of customers in remarkable places causes more troubles. Therefore this Bachelor thesis focuses on traffic survey and satisfaction of visitors in the selected area, in this case Lipensko on South Bohemia, specifically Vyšší Brod, Rožmberk nad Vltavou, Lipno nad Vltavou, Frymburk and its surroundings. This area is rich in historical sights, natural monuments and other significant tourist attractions. The satisfaction of visitors is analysed on the basis of a questionnaire survey. The research took place in the summer, where the most tourists were present. All information and findings combined lead to answers of established hypotheses. The aim of this paper is to find out the main advantages and disadvantages and suggest adequate solutions of main problems.

Vliv faktorů kvality destinace na loajalitu návštěvníků městských oblastí

The bachelor thesis examines and assesses the impact of various destination quality factors depending on a satisfaction and the visitors loyalty with a focus on urban areas. The first part describes tourism, quality of service and destination. The main source used in this work are the results obtained from the questionnaire and later evaluated using the statistical techniques. Based on the econometric modeling results, some findings and aspects are interpreted with the aim to find the reasons for the obtained ratings.
