Planning of Agricultural Production

This work called ?Planning of agricultural production? deals with project development of agricultural production in agricultural company ?X? especially in2007-2009. The theoretical part addresses characteristic features of agriculture and its important function for the society. Costing, calculation formula and specificity of this formula in plant production and livestock production are described there. The next part deals with subsidies, their necessity and function. A list of institutions providing subsidy policy is given. In the practical part the costs of individual productions are established. These costs are compared with earnings of these productions with subsidies and without subsidies. Then the profitability of plant production and livestock production and the necessity of subsidies can be determinated. On the basis of these information some recommendations for exploitation of financial supports can be projected.

Analysis of the conditions for organic and conventional farming

In the Czech Republic, the number of enviromentally oriented agricultural farms is continuosly increasing, particulary in less favoured areas. Objective of this Bachelor thesis is to identify and assess the conditions for different approaches to farming - conventional and organic - using a specific example of two farms in southern Bohemia. The farms ares separated approximately by 1.5km. Based on relevant sources, basic farming conditions for the two farms were identified and compared.Identical indicators were monitored at both farms (legislation, inspection system, conditions for granting subsidies, soil treatment, livestock breeding and care and produced products - food,organic food). The data was monitored over a period of two years 2009 and 2010.

This diploma thesis deals with reasons for agriculture support and offers an overview of basic subsidies which are supported in Czech Republic. The practical part of the thesis solves situation when a part of some other agricultural unit is bought and merged with main company which is analyzed by the thesis. This company is a receiver of some basic subsidies apparatus which also bring some difficulties such as question in which moment can subsidies show up in accountant. An agriculture company has to choose an account method, different in case of receiving subsidies for processes costs, financial costs and investment costs. The subsidies have an influence for agricultural company financial health which has to be qualified in a longer time period according to a nine economical financing analysis indicators. The thesis count indicators in case of acceptance and non-acceptance of the subsidies. Gained subsidies are further impacted by Czech Republic actual tax system (VAT and corporate income tax). Diploma thesis tries to quantify influence of these taxes to total agricultural company subsidies income.

Analysis of economical efficiency of Rural development program subsidies in selected agriculture business

The essence of the thesis is to evaluate the efficiency of investments supported from the Rural Development Programme in the selected farm. A number of investments has been solved now, some practical highest investment firm, to invest in biogas. The evaluation of investment effectiveness were compared assumptions when planning an investment of information resulting from the two-year service biogas. It was also based on selected indicators, assess the implementation of the objectives and programs.

The use of subsidies by the RDP Axis III, measure 2 for the development of South Bohemian Region

This thesis addresses the highly topical theme of rural development through the use of EU funds. The main task of this thesis was to analyze the specific conditions of agri-environmental measures in the South Region and their evaluation based on projects financed by the Rural Development Programme Czech Republic. This thesis focused on the use of the Rural Development Programme, Axis III, measure 2, the development of rural areas in the South region and includes a comparison of the situation in the South Region with the national development in this area.

National Strategic plan in the fisheries in the Czech Republic

In this work there are described basic characteristics of Czech fisheries and aquaculture. There are introduced the main matters concerning of ties and interconnection of the Czech fisheries sector to the European structures. In relationship on this is entertain about Common Fisheries Policy that is the basic instrument for direction fisheries and aquaculture in the European union and whose principles are realized in practical running of member states. Common Fisheries Policy (CFP) is realized since 2007 for period 2007 - 2013 by helping a new financial instrument European Fisheries Fund (EFF). It is realized in the Czech Republic and in others members states by helping National Strategic Plan and especially then Operational Programme. These documents approved by the European Commission established goals, axes, priorities and intentions of their basis and in compliance with goals of Common Fisheries Policy are realized subsidies for the Czech fisheries sector. In practical part of this work are analyzed the usage and the impacts foregoing and actual subsidies for fisheries sector by European Union. Individual programmes are compared according to overall allocation and real rate of its utilisation.

Approaches to the Formation of Regional Development Strategies, as demonstrated on an example of Micro-region "Zalesi" and of the town of Humpolec (a Comparative Analysis)

The bachelor´s thesis, with the title "Approaches to the Formation of Regional Development Strategies, as demonstrated on an example of Micro-region "Zalesi" and of the town of Humpolec (a Comparative Analysis)", consists of two parts. The first part called the Strategic plans in the territorial planning discloses strategic plans and strategic planning, i.e. how the strategic plans are being purchased, what are their structure, and their follow-up realization, monitoring and updating. The second part called the comparison of the Strategic plans in the region "Humpolecko" is actually already focused on three selected strategies created in terms of the town of Humpolec and communities falling within its municipality. They consist of the Strategic plan concerns the Development of the town of Humpolec, The Strategy of the Development of the Micro-region "Zalesi", and the Strategic Plan LEADER - "Humpolecko". Its goal is to comparatively analyse some parts of all of the selected strategic plans.

Reconstruction of pension in the Šumava and its promotion

The aim of thesis is to analyze the possibility of support for investment in tourism from EU funds and analysis of the services provided in tourism in the territory of the tourist region Šumava. Another objective is to identify customer requirements and mapping of the potential market. The main objective of the compilation of an application under the Regional Operational Program NUTS II South-West, which will focus on the reconstruction of the pension.
