Educationally oriented game in Český Krumlov
VELEK, Aleš
Today in gaming does not focus only on observation or logical thinking of player, but also to allow a player after playing games remember the story that his game forward in an entertaining way. Telling the story of the game is a little different than in the movie, but the end result may be the same. This work " educationally oriented game in Český Krumlov " is aimed at creating the game that allows free movement of the 3D environment and the technology used for this work. For game programming technology will be used Unity3D, which allows the creation of applications in multiple platforms. Moving the player will be based on the basic game elements, such as fly or walk. They will create scripts for user interaction with the environment or texture loading from external sources. To import the entire city will be find the most appropriate format on their own models and textures. By the chosen development environment is designed game story (script) that will correspond with the history and present of Český Krumlov, and player will be motivace to further progress in the game.

O problémech seřazení při řízení servisních operací
Lín, Václav ; Vomlel, Jiří (advisor) ; Jiroušek, Radim (referee) ; Kouba, Zdeněk (referee) ; Ottosen, Thorsten Jorgen (referee)
The subject of the thesis belongs to the field of operations management. We deal with sequencing problems arising when there are multiple repair operations available to fix a broken man-made system and the true cause of the system failure is uncertain. It is assumed that the system is formally described by a probabilistic model, and it is to be repaired by a sequence of troubleshooting operations designed to identify the cause of the malfunction and fix the system. The challenge is to find a course of repair which has minimal expected cost. We study several variants of the problem proposed in the literature. We analyze computational complexity of those variants, apply integer linear programming to one variant of the problem, and examine the relation to machine scheduling.

V teoretické části jsou popsány nejprve základy HTTP v souladu s příslušnými dokumenty RFC i faktickým stavem a v kontextu historického vývoje tohoto protokolu. Zejména je popsán projekt P3P (Platform for Privacy Preferences) konsorcia W3C. Praktickou část práce tvoří především test podpory různých verzí cookies ve vybraných současných i starších webových prohlížečích, test rozšířenosti a způsobů používání P3P a webová aplikace ilustrující základy práce s identifikátory sezení a základní bezpečnostní opatření.

Kajzar, Vlastimil ; Kukutsch, Radovan ; Koníček, Petr ; Waclawik, Petr ; Šňupárek, Richard
Although the deformation measurements are in mining practice routine activities, the development of information and surveying technology shows, that it is possible to approach this problematics in a new way. One of the options is the application of terrestrial 3D laser scanning technology, which can be successfully used both for purposes of monitoring - deformations of objects on undermined area and mine workings at all.\nSubmited parametric study presents the use of laser technology in the research activities of the Institute of Geonics, v.v.i., within the ICT-PU project. This study deals with technical and theoretical aspects of laser scanning, which verification in situ has been a precondition for the subsequent successful application of this technology both on the surface and in the mining environment. The main scope of the study is dedicated to the deployment of selected technology in solving specific tasks. In the undermined areas were achieved knowledge used in solving the problems of monitoring the stability of slopes and rock faces of mining chasm. In the underground mine workings, this technology has been successfully deployed for the purposes of the spatial deformation monitoring of selected longwall corridor at mine Karvina and also for the long-term monitoring of coal pillars in Room and Pillar pilot project at ČSM coal mine.\nAt the end of a parametric study is special space devoted to the limiting factors of 3D laser scanning and also to the summary of best practices of scanning in such highly exposed conditions.\n

Veškrna, Tomáš ; Nedzelský, Roman (advisor) ; Novotný, Ota (referee)
The bachelor thesis is focused on a combination of technologies Business Intelligence and Cloud Computing in the form of BI solutions in the cloud. This concept is particularly suitable for small and medium-size enterprises, which usually cannot afford expensive conventional solutions. The main objective of this thesis is to generally present theme of BI, assess the benefits and weaknesses of cloud-based BI solutions and compare selected cloud-based BI applications by given criteria. The theoretical part includes acquaintance with the themes of business intelligence and cloud computing, mapping of current state and trends of the world market for BI and presenting of specific BI solutions provided as cloud services. There are described its strengths and weaknesses, architecture of cloud-based solutions and at the end are summarized main differences with traditional on-premises solution. In the practical part are at first listed and briefly described selected main providers of cloud-based BI solutions and their products on the world market. The main part of the practical part is a comparison and authors subjective point assessment of the IBM Watson Analytics and Microsoft Power BI applications according to selected criteria. This comparison of the two applications on the basis of their authors practical testing is also the main contribution of the thesis. It can therefore serve for example as auxiliary material in selecting a tool for companies with an interest in using cloud-based BI solutions.

Gas Microsensors Based on Self-Organized 3D Metal-Oxide Nanofilms
Pytlíček, Zdeněk ; Husák, Miroslav (referee) ; Kolařík, Vladimír (referee) ; Prášek, Jan (advisor)
This dissertation concerns the development, fabrication and integration in a gas sensing microdevice of a novel 3-dimensional (3D) nanostructured metal-oxide semiconducting film that effectively merges the benefits of inorganic nanomaterials with the simplicity offered by non-lithographic electrochemistry-based preparation techniques. The film is synthesized via the porous-anodic-alumina-assisted anodizing of an Al/Nb metal bilayer sputter-deposited on a SiO2/Si substrate and is basically composed of a 200 nm thick NbO2 layer holding an array of upright-standing spatially separated Nb2O5 nanocolumns, being 50 nm wide, up to 900 nm long and of 8109 cm2 population density. The nanocolumns work as semiconducting nano-channels, whose resistivity is greatly impacted by the surface and interface reactions. Either Pt or Au patterned electrodes are prepared on the top of the nanocolumn array using an innovative sensor design realized by means of microfabrication technology or via a direct original point electrodeposition technique, followed by selective dissolution of the alumina overlayer. For gas-sensing tests the film is mounted on a standard TO-8 package using the wire-bonding technique. Electrical characterization of the 3D niobium-oxide nanofilm reveals asymmetric electron transport properties due to a Schottky barrier that forms at the Au/Nb2O5 or Pt/Nb2O5 interface. Effects of the active film morphology, structure and composition on the electrical and gas-sensing performance focusing on sensitivity, selectivity, detection limits and response/recovery rates are explored in experimental detection of hydrogen gas and ammonia. The fast and intensive response to H2 confirms the potential of the 3D niobium-oxide nanofilm as highly appropriate active layer for sensing application. A computer-aided microfluidics simulation of gas diffusion in the 3D nanofilm predicts a possibility to substantially improve the gas-sensing performance through the formation of a perforated top electrode, optimizing the film morphology, altering the crystal structure and by introducing certain innovations in the electrode design. Preliminary experiments show that a 3D nanofilm synthesized from an alternative Al/W metal bilayer is another promising candidate for advanced sensor applications. The techniques and materials employed in this work are advantageous for developing technically simple, cost-effective and environmentally friendly solutions for practical micro- and nanodevices, where the well-defined nano-channels for charge carriers and surface reactions may bring unprecedented benefits.

Play of Preschool Child
HANUSOVÁ, Tereza
A thesis deals with the theme of play of children at preschool age. In the theoretical part, the thesis focuses on the child at preschool age, in terms of its development, and also describes the most important moment at this age, namely child entering kindergarten and the socialization of children in kindergarten. It further describes the importance of play and describes the various types and forms of the game. The practical part focuses on the research of the game at home and in the kindergarten environment. Based on the observations of five children during their play at kindergarten and a subsequent interview with the mothers of these children, the difference of the children?s play of both type of environments was observed. The game of these particular children affected various determinants; namely sibling groups in which the child grows, the influence of television and computer games and a child entering kindergarten. Sibling groups significantly influenced the selection of a child?s playing partner in kindergarten, neither watching television nor computer games really inspired a child in his game; however the entry into kindergarten has a positive effect on the social behaviour of the child, but didn?t have a direct impact on the game. The research results show that the change of environment, respectively the home and kindergarten environment for the five investigated children does not have influence on the choice of mode of play, or the choice of toys. This suggests that once a child starts to prefer a style of play, it doesn't care about the playing enviroment.

Potential of cholesterol-loaded cyclodextrins and low density lipoprotein for increasing the efficiency of cryopreservation of epididymal sperms in stallions
Janošíková, Martina ; Rajmon, Radko (advisor)
In the case of sudden death or injury stallion reproductive system or necessary castration preventing the collection of semen can to preserve the genetic potential of exceptional individuals take advantage of epididymal sperm. Virtually the only way, how to preserve fertilizing sperm POTENTIAL for long time IS cryopreservation. However, this process induces irreversible changes that are the cause of the reduced number of sperm capable of fertilization after thawing. Epididymal sperm cells have properties different from the ejaculated, harder to keep. Therefore, they are constantly looking for ways to streamline their cryopreservation. GENERAL most commonly used cryoprotectants include glycerol and Egg yolk. Despite the positive effects is glycerol toxic to cells and Egg yolk also contains ingredients that act on sperm metabolism negatively. Increasing the efficiency of cryopreservation protocols themselves likely to be achieved by replacing toxic components while leveraging industry-produced active yolk fractions. Submitted dissertation topic itself will deal with the use of cholesterol-loaded cyclodextrins Along with low density lipoproteins, the cryopreservation of epididymal sperm. Main method: HPLC, Western blot, electrophoresis, fluorescent labels, computer-assisted sperm analysis (CASA).
