Bakalářská práce je zaměřená na GPS a jeho využití ve firmě ATLANTIK PRODUKT Třešňák s.r.o. Teoretická část se zabývá nejvíce GPS ? historie, princip a přesnost určení polohy, aplikace do praxe. Rovněž jsou zde zmíněny konkurenti GPS ? ruský GLONASS a evropský Galileo. V praktické části analyzuji současný stav ve firmě, náklady a výhody zavádění GPS do firmy, ale také doporučení pro další vývoj.

The banchelor thesis evaluates the financial health of the company and bases its statement on the outputs of the financial analysis. Considering the size and power of the company, it is very interesting to observe the influence of certain changes in the company. However, it could be said, that the company, considering the possibilities which it has thanks to its power, is unlikely to get into financial problems. Financial health of the comapny is firm.

Práce popisuje podstatu franchisingu, předpoklady jeho úspěšného fungování a jeho přednosti a nedostatky jak pro franchisory, tak pro franchisanty. Dále je zde popsáno, jak probíhá tvorba franchisingového souboru, a jsou analyzovány nezbytné náležitosti franchisingového podnikání, tj. franchisingová smlouva a manuál. Především je zde však zhodnocen a analyzován franchisingový koncept společnosti EURECA SHOPS s.r.o., která provozuje v ČR síť prodejen pečiva a rychlého občerstvení PANERIA a od roku 2001 poskytuje své know-how i na základě franchisy.

Competitive Intelligence: A competitive environment analysis of PolyPLASTY s.r.o

The goal of the presented work Competitive Intelligence: A competitive environment analysis of PolyPLASTY s.r.o. Company is to outline theoretical principals that are used for competitive environment analyses, to analyze the competitive environment of a company named PolyPLASTY s.r.o. and to design ontology for analysis of corporate competitive environment by using Topic Maps technology. A common contribution I would like to achieve by writing this paper is firstly to produce the competitive environment analysis for PolyPLASTY s.r.o. and to outline theoretical principles possible. Besides that, an annotated document and knowledge base essentials have been created. The knowledge base might me used for building a knowledge portal to monitor the competitive environment of PolyPLASTY Company systematically. This paper has been produced thanks to information gathered on an interview with Ing.Vlček and many other information resources. Seminar papers written by students of the University of Economics in Prague concerning competitive intelligence analysis for companies from Omni pack Cluster based on Porter's Five Forces method has been used a lot. The analysis has been produced as a structured document annotated by Topic Maps technology (in the structure used at the University of Economics) as well. The document also represents a knowledge base which can be used to build a knowledge portal for systematic monitoring of competitive environment of PolyPLASTY Company. The paper consists of two parts. The first one begins with Competitive Intelligence introduction. A plenty of theoretical principles that can be used for competitive intelligence analysis follow. Methods "Porter's five Forces Analysis" and STEEP (Social, Technological, Economic, Ecological and Political aspects) have been brought closer. At the end of the theoretical part the concept of Topic Maps have been described. The second part is concerned with application of mentioned methods in conditions of PolyPLASTY Company from Omni pack Cluster. The application part continues with a manager output describing acquired analysis results shortly. A description of created knowledge base concludes the second part. The annotated document as well as the knowledge base can be found on enclosed CD.

Valuation of company

The aim of the thesis is to determine the value of the company Okna Macek, s.r.o. Theoretic part of the work deals with techniques, methods, and tools of company evaluation. Practical part applies these methods to the company. In introduction there are mentioned basic information on the firm, organizational structure and product assortment. Then strategic analysis follows , which consists of analysis of development of macro-environment and micro-environment. Financial analysis rates of performance of the company by using methods of absolute, ratio and global indicators and interfirm comparison. Than the plan of generators of value is processed, i. e. incomes and outcomes, investments and working capital. On its base there are set planned financial statements, i. e. balance, income sheet and cash flow. In the final part the company is avaluated using two - phase discounted cash flow method in the version of FCFE. Discount rate is assumed with the aid of CAPM method and sectional INFA model. At the conclusion of the thesis there is the valuation statement.
