My bachelor thesis deals with internal guidelines of the capital company. First part is focused on theoretical starting points for internal guidelines, long-term assets, evidence, depreciations and accounting of the long-term assets. Second part deals with the company’s introduction and the assessment of the actual internal guidelines. The last part deals with the comprehensive proposal of the internal guidelines on the topic of long-term assets.

The bachelor thesis is focused on internal guidelines of the company ITAB Shop Concept CZ, a.s. The first part is devoted on theoretical background of internal directives, accounting and inventory valuation and legislative bases governing the formal and concept aspects of these documents.. The second part contains a company introduction and evaluation of the existing guidelines. The last part contains draft of internal guideline dealing with comprehensive inventory valuation and accounting of stocks.

The aim of the thesis is to define the theoretical knowledge and the starting point of the approaches and their application to a particular enterprise. In the theoretical part the concepts of controlling, internal audit and reporting are defined. The following is a description of the concept of controlling, internal audit and reporting, and the relationship between them. The practical part is devoted to the description of mainly controlling approaches applied in a particular company and also deals with the proposal for a new form of report and evaluation of the development of indicators, which is monitored by the company in the last 2 years.

Bachelor thesis „Proposal of Internal Guidelines for a Municipality “ deals with the internal guidelines of the village Brezina and focuses on their updates and creation a new internal guideline. The first part of the thesis contains the theoretical basis of the work, which define the basic concepts of accounting and internal guidelines. The following section involves a brief description of the village Brezina. In the third part of this thesis I propose three internal guidelines of the accounting. These are the guidelines on: The system of process the accounting, Supplies, and on Checkout management.

Diploma thesis focuses on inventories from own operations in the Strojírny Prostějov, a.s. The first part of the work is focused on theoretical background related to this area. In the analytical section there is description of the procedures of the current valuation, accounting and stocktaking according to current internal guideline. The practical part of the thesis is a draft amendment to the current directive, which describes the valuation of inventories from own operations and booking from the year 2016 so that the company has fulfilled the requirements of the valid legislation on the true and fair view of its assets.

The master´s thesis focuses on the internal guidelines of the company Quaprotek Manufacturing, k. s. The theoretical bases of internal guidelines will be discussed in the first part and the basic concepts. In the second analytical part of the thesis the selected company will be introduce and analyze and the existing internal guidelines will be analyzed and evaluated. In the last part I will propose necessary internal guidelines, draft the formal aspects of the internal directive of the company and adjust the existing directives and create some missing directives.
