Presented master’s thesis is dealing with Construction project management. Theoretical part is focused on the project‘s life cycle and its phases, describing Time planning and Construction schedule. A chapter about source planning, expenses and consecutive project financing is at the end of theoretical part. Second part of the thesis is a practical part, which is devoted to project management by company SWWENERGY a.s., especially company organisational structure and structure of project participants, choosing and managing of subsuppliers and time management via a construction schedule.
Use of project management during the reconstruction of primary school

This bachelor's thesis deals with an application of project management during the reconstruction of a primary building. The theoretical part is focused on basic concepts of project management, models and methods. Practical advice on how such a project can be successfully accomplished will be included. The practical part is focused on establishing a real project in project's timeline with suitable software and costs analysis attached. The timeline can be described by Gantt chart, where critical path is provided. At the end of this thesis I will analyze the project, because the reconstruction was realized in the past.
Analysis and design of an application for calculations, offers and deals in destination event management

This thesis focuses on finding of a suitable solution which would provide a informatics support for business processes of Wedding in Prague Inc. which acts here as the client. In the beginning the work explains the concept of destination event management and introduces Wedding in Prague Inc. The aim is to analyze the processes that take place in the company and to find a suitable software solution that is available at the local or the world market. As there is no suitable solution at the market, the client decided to have designed the individual solution. The aim of the next part of the work is to thoroughly analyze the processes for which the client requires the informatics support, to create process models using the Unified Modeling Language and then design the individual solution. As next the object-oriented design is made. This contains the design of graphical user interface and the creation of the conceptual schema of the database that supports the application. In the end, the author suggests the development to be made in iterations for which he defines its content. The business process analysis as well as the individual solution design is made for the purposes of Wedding in Prague Inc.
Project management using Microsoft Office Excel

The thesis discusses the possibilities of project management and analysis and it is focused on solving project analysis using the network analysis. The text describes chosen used methods of analysis. This text together with other findings in the theoretical part is used in the solution of practice part. The aim of this thesis was to create a functional Microsoft Project-based add-in of Microsoft Excel to ensure planning and management of simple projects. This created add-in can manage the project, manage project resources, allocate these resources to individual project activities and carry out simple analysis of the project, including a Gantt chart.
