Composition and verification of baterry movement activities in form of DVD focused on volleyball
KOSTA, Vladimír
This bachelor?s thesis is aimed at the usage and efficiency of the motional games in volleyball. From the collection of 43 games extracted from the books and after testing and validation of their efficiency comes the package of 22 games, which are filmed and the rules are described in detail, including my own thoughts. The aim is to create a storage of the games, their evaluation in the practices and later create the DVD file filled with audiovisual recordings of these games mentioned. The testing group will be set of the team of elderly pupil players in the age of 13-15 of VK Jihostroj České Budějovice. The result of this thesis is the evaluation of the tested games according to the evaluation key and the DVD file, which I was able to make the way it could work separately, too, not as an attachment only.
Creation and Application of Software for the Evaluation of Players Game
NEŠICKÁ, Lucie
The main aim of this bachelor thesis is the creation and aplication of a computer software used for evaluating the player?s performance during a game of volleyball. The thesis consists of two parts ? theoretical and practical. The theoretical part concentrates on basic data about volleyball (history, characteristics, systematics, performance and its evaluation). The practical part shows the process of creating and applying the software. The practical part also contains an outline of results of the sports team TJ Spartak Polička in the 2010/2011 season. The software should make evaluation of the player?s performance more accessible and easier even for non-professional and youth categories.

These tests are evaluated and are shown in the charts. This work contains special training for volleyball passes. This work should be useful for volleyball instructors. They can use pictures and descriptions for better training of volleyball passes.
Detection of the level locomotive performance in volleyball players\\
KORANDOVÁ, Kateřina
The dissertation work avers the findings of special physical performance in young volleyball players. The testing of the volleyball teaom of Třebín took plage in the season 2006 / 2007 during the volleyball training in Římov. This work is dividend into two parts. The first part avers the characteristics, rules and foundations of volleyball, the means of motor skills and thein specifications. The second part looks at problems in practice. There are tables and graphs of measured and statistically teamed data here.
Development of muscular imbalance in the shoulder girdle in volleyball players
VRBOVÁ, Lucie
This bachelor?s thesis deals with the development of muscular imbalance in the shoulder girdle in volleyball players. The volleyball player?s shoulder is the most exposed and vulnerable joint. In addition, the way the sport has developed, the pressure on this joint has grown. Shoulder pain limits the player?s most important move: the strength and the power of the smash and the smash serve. This thesis consists of two parts: theoretical and a practical. The theoretical part deals with the anatomy and the biomechanics of the shoulder girdle, and with the injuries of the shoulder joint most often experienced by the volleyball players, such that can be detected by a clinical examination. In the practical part I used qualitative research, and the appropriate diagnostics and measures to asses the effectiveness of physiotherapy. The research was carried out in the Beskydy Children?s Sanatorium in Metylovice. The research sample consisted of three volleyball players from the Metylovice Volleyball Club (SK Metylovice). Examination of the participants showed the presence of muscular imbalance in all of them; secondary damage to the shoulder joint was also detected in all participants. Any top-level physical performance will stress the body, often unevenly, and it is crucial to compensate it. The combination of a targeted physiotherapy methods and compensation exercises, together with spontaneous regeneration, can repair any damage, or even prevent it, and thus lead to an optimal function of the joints and the adjoining soft tissue. Physiotherapy plan was prepared for each participant and was then successfully followed. The final/exit examination showed a reduction in both the muscular imbalance and the secondary damage previously seen in the shoulder joint. In Appendix 2 I describe compensation exercises that should be included in any volleyball training programme, to prevent the development of muscular imbalance. This work could be used as a guide to effective repair approach to this problem. The suggested exercises aim to relax, stretch and strengthen the entire shoulder girdle, and thus increase the range of movement and the muscle power within the joint.
Results of one-sided endurance of a kinetic apparatus in volleyball players and possibilities of a therapy
CHALUPOVÁ, Andrea
The one-sided load of volleyball players leads to occurence of pathokinesiologic changes of the locomotive system. The objective of the bachelor thesis is to ascertain whether volleyball players suffer from locomotive system disorders due to the one-sided overload and whether it is possible to make up a uniform compensatory set of exercises as a therapy. The objective of the theoretical part is to ascertain what functional disorders of the body system occur in connection with the one-sided load of volleyball players, what muscular dysbalances accompany the disorders and what physiotherapeutic procedures can influence them. The objective of the practical part is to use the obtained theoretical findings as the basis for making-up a set of compensatory exercises as a proposed therapy applied within the scope of case reports. The practical part involved a qualitative research using the techniques of interviews and observation, and included two case reports of randomly selected professional volleyball players. Examination of the probands has confirmed the one-sided load of the locomotive system manifested in insufficiency of the deep stabilization system and functional disorders in the area of the shoulder joint. Focused on activation of the deep stabilization system and including shoulder-blade stabilization features, two individual therapeutic plans were made up and undertaken by both the probands in accordance with the charakter of the specific movement activity of volleyball players. The final examination has shown objective improvement of the function of the posture stabilization system of one of the men. Activation of the deep stabilization system with stabilization of the shoulder joint within the specific movement activities of volleyball players appears to be a suitable basis of the compensatory exercises preventing the one-sided load of the locomotive system. The therapy requires an individual approach. For further research in this area I propose measurement of the muscular actvity by means of electromyography and focusing on co-activation of stabilizers of the shoulder joint within the specific movement activity of volleyball players.
The kontrol of Volleyball Team Training Process
ULČ, Jan
The aim of this bachelor diploma thesis is to find out differences in selected motorical capabilities and physical fitness of volleyball players. The thesis consists of a theoretical part and a research part. The former part analyses characteristics of volleyball and factors of players' game performance, lists required motorical and physical capabilities and describes methods of testing and measuring. The latter part contains measured results of a testified sample that consists of volleyball players of Vavex Příbram and Jihostroj České Budějovice, which have been two of the Czech highest volleyball league teams for many years. All the measured results are compared, analysed and displayed in graphs. Considering much better volleyball achievements of the Jihostroj players, I expect to find out their significantly much higher level of motorical and physical capabilities. Using various tests, measurements and statistical methods helps us to verify or refute this presupposition. All the findings can be interesting also for coaches of both the teams who can learn more about physical condition of their players.
