Methodology of telemark skiing

Title: Methodology of telemark skiing Aim of the study: The aim of this thesis is to create educational, methodological and motivational film, which will include design of metodology of telemark skiing. Methods: In developing this thesis, we used a combination of methods of critical analysis of documents and the author's own empirical experience with telemark skiing with the method of comparison of selected knowledge, methods and participating and uninvolved observation and cinematographic film processing method. The work is a synthesis of theoretical research and dynamic field work. Results: According to this thesis was created teaching methodology and motivational DVD that in addition to the metodology also out lines the historical aspects and current concepts of telemark skiing. The text of the thesis in theoretical part complements the DVD detailed information from the history and information about telemark equipment. Vliv pastvy velkých herbivorů na společenstva brouků stepních trávníků

This thesis is focused on the importance of large herbivore pasture for arthropod communities in temperate steppe. The study site was located in former military training area Milovice, regional biodiversity hotspot, where wild horses and aurochs were introduced as an active measure aimed at biodiversity conservation. Main goals of proposed study were to assess the role of vegetation structure and presence of grazing on beetle species composition in two trap heights, to examine suitability of flight intercept traps for monitoring arthropods of open habitats, to set the continuous arthropod monitoring program on the site and to propose a suitable model groups to assess habitat changes.

The role of IL-17 in kidney transplantation

The role of IL-17 in kidney transplantation - abstract Naive CD4+ T-lymphocytes (Thp) can develop into Th17 line in the presence of TGF- and IL-6. Th17 cells are characterized by expression of Ror- t and by production of interleukin-17 (IL-17). It is secreted as a glycoprotein homodimer. Binding to IL-17 receptor (IL-17R), which is present in all cell types, stimulates the production of proinflammatory cytokines and chemokines. The ratio of Th17: Treg in the graft showing signs of rejection is higher than in the graft without rejection. The presence of IL-17 in a culture of proximal tubular epithelial cells (PTEC) stimulates the production of IL-6, IL-8, MCP-1 and C3 complement component. Simultaneous action of IL-17 and CD40L synergistically increases the production of IL-6, IL-8 and RANTES. Signaling from the receptor on the surface of PTEC associated with its increased expression is effected via the src kinase and MAP kinase, and probably leads to the transcription factor NF- B. In rat models of transplantation, the IL-17 appears in allografts on the second day after surgery, the level rises until the fifth day, then decreases and disappears before the death of the animal. The main aim of this thesis is to evaluate the present situation of a company via selected analysis of internal and external environment. Based on these analysis the best strategy and measures are recommended. These recommendations should improve market position of selected company. In theoretical part are mentioned theoretical information about performed analysis of internal and external environment. In the practical part are these analysis used in UNICODE M&D company.

The Marketing Management Including Project Study

The object of the diploma work is strategic marketing of a selected company. The objective consists in elaboration of the project study, by another name in suggesting the marketing strategy. The diploma work consists of the theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part includes the explanation of terms like strategy and strategic management. Then it follows the progression of strategic marketing process, which includes the planning, realization and control phase. In the phase of planing, it introduces methods of environmental analysis and its evaluation as a part of making strategic decision. The practical part includes the description of Mountfield Company Ltd. and environmental analysis, which conclusion is SWOT analysis. The position in the GE and BCG matrix is described below. On these fact there is the marketing strategy created.
