The aim of the bachelor thesis is to create a business plan for establishing a new beauty salon which will serve as a basis for obtaining a bank loan. The secondary aim is comparison of conditions of establishing Ltd. in Czech Republic and in Slo-vakia. The work consists of two parts -- theoretical and practical. The theroretical part contains all information concerning structure and creation of the business plan. The practical part contains completely elaborated business plan with all essential relevances.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is drawing up a business plan to start up a business of a business entity in the tourism area. The thesis consists of two parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part contains terms related to business and tourism, ingredients of a business plan and resources to finance a business plan. In the practical part there is a detailed business plan developed on the basis of knowledge learned from the literature review.

Analysis of specific investment plans

This thesis aims to find an optimal method for the creation and evaluation of the investment and use this method in the analysis of a specific investment objective. Was chosen option to acquire an investment bank loan with 30% participation and recovery time of three, respectively. four years, finance lease with a 30% repayment of outstanding recovery time also with three, respectively. four years, own resources. Other variants were designed alternative to hiring a car transport and rental vehicles through operating leases. Based on the discounted cash flow is optimal variant chartered transport. Acquisition of investments (new vehicles) is disadvantageous for the company.

Analysis of the Success Rate of Mergers and Aquisitions in the Czech Republic

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to imagine being an entrepreneur who does not have sufficient funds to realize his business plan. He has to consider various financial alternatives, their pros and cons. The introductory section explains the basic concepts related to starting new business activities and using various different funding sources. More details are said to one of the mentioned European Union grants supporting social entrepreneurship. The second part describes the case of an entrepreneur who has just used this subsidy and is starting a new business. There follows a comparison of the situation in the usage of grants to credit provided by the three largest banking institutions in the Czech Republic.
