Vliv ročního období na intenzitu růstu králíků
Juránková, Petra
The main of my diploma thesis was to analyze the growth abilities of the hybrids (Kal x Nč) in the interest of the small breed. I compared the growth rate of rabbits. Collecting input data from a total od 8 litters, I sumamarized in MS Excel. To asses the development of live weight, rabbits were weighted and measured at regular 7 day intervals from the age of to the 91 st day od age. In the observed breed, males had higher growth capacity than females over the same reference period. The difference was not significant. Higher growth capabilities were in the summer.
Vyhodnocení životních projevů ovcí
Hanzlíková, Kateřina
This thesis Sheep vital manifestation assessment contains evaluation of annual etological observation of sheep flock which took place on the pastures near the village Líšná. Each season was described and collected data from the observation in etogram form were analyzed and transformed into clear graphs and charts. Total lenght of obser-vation was 145 hours and 15 minutes. There were observed these daily activities in the flock: grazing, laying and chewing, locomotion, resting, standing and observing, drin-king, comfortable behaviour and mineral lick intake. Within special behaviour which were observed only in particular season was sexual and maternal behaviour. The most frequently observed aktivit in winter was “herding“ with value of 66,61 %, in spring “laying and chewing“ with value of 73,59 %, in summer “grazing“ with value of 49,49 % and in autumn “grazing“ with value of 86,59 % from the total observed time. Further, influence of seasons on each category of behaviour was evaluated. The avarage number of animals performing each behaviour grazing, laying and chewing, locomotion, resting, standing and observing varies depending on the season (p<0,01). The avarage number of animals performing behaviour of drinking did not differ depending on season (p>0,05). The avarage number of animals performing comfortable behaviour did not differ depen-ding on season (p>0,05).
Vyhodnocení vlivu ustájení a způsobu výcviku na chování koní
Drábková, Anna
The aim of the thesis called Assess the Influence of Stabling and Training Methods on Horses’ Behaviour is to assess possible differences in the behaviour of horses stabled in two types of stabling and in three different stables. The observed parameters include feed-water, searching for food and food intake, relaxing, excreting, hair care, exploratory and social behaviour, play, abnormal, sexual and maternal behaviour and training. The type of training and its influence on horses was assessed separately. Observation took place during all seasons and three times a day. The results were at first compared according to different year seasons and then between particular stables. There were small differences in year seasons. In spring searching for food and food intake prevailed, in summer feed-water, in autumn and winter searching for food and food intake as well as exploratory behaviour. Concerning stables differences were observed especially in abnormal, sexual and maternal behaviour. Abnormal behaviour was observed in stable Rubby Ranch most, sexual and maternal behaviour was observed in all stables, but mainly in stable JK Alika. Concerning the influence of training methods on horses’ behaviour worse relations were observed between horses in a more demanding and difficult training, particularly western training. Horses in other types of training had normal relations. These results show that both types of stabling are very good and they allow different ways of behaviour. Generally I would recommend stabling on grassland as it reminds horses their natural habitat. I would also recommend choosing the intensity of training with regard to horses’ abilities not just to the ambitions of the rider or the trainer. It is important not to overstrain horses and push them into extreme performance.
Vliv ročního období na počet somatických buněk v mléce dojnic
Janovská, Michaela
The diploma thesis was focused on the observation of various factors that are closely related to the number of somatic cells in milk of dairy cows. In particular, the season, the month, the order and stages of lactation and their relation to somatic cells, but also to the individual components of milk, were tested. The information was obtained from the performance and self-monitoring of Farmers farm for one year. As regards the influence of the season, the highest number of somatic cells was found in winter (537 thousand) and lowest in spring (365 thousand), but the difference was not statistically conclusive. The influence of the lactation sequence (min. 257,000 on the first lactation and max. 747,000 on the fifth lactation) and the lactation stage influence (min. 382,000 to 100 days of lactation and max. 557,000 over 401 days of lactation) was equally inconclusive ). A higher number of somatic cells in milk was associated with its lower production but higher protein content. The behavior of cows was substantially more balanced in the stable where the proportion of cows lying ranged from 60 % to 67 % than in grazing where it ranged from 3 % to 69 %.
Přírodní materiál a jeho sezónní použití v kytici
Linhová, Dominika
Bachelor thesis on the topic of Natural material and its seasonal use in bouquets deals with the study of bouquets, its shapes, possibilities and opportunities of its processing etc. It also discusses the aesthetic laws and principles in creating bouquets. The thesis also includes characteristics of plant materials for individual seasons with examples of possible uses of plants. Part of the practical part of the thesis was to create own bouquets for individual periods of the year. Documented by photographs, the work also contains a list of the plants used for each bouquet.
Customs and traditions in course year
MINAŘÍKOVÁ, Michaela
The theoretical part deals with the meaning of the following concepts such as traditions, customs, proverbs and sayings, free time, that are associated with the Czech Republic. Customs and traditions are in chronological order as they happen during the year. The practical part explains working with children, art processing, chosen technique on the given topic of capturing customs and tradition in paintings, which inspired them in the respective season.
Vliv ročního období na behaviorální projevy králíka domácího ve vybraném chovu
Matějková, Jana
The aim of bachelor thesis was to evaluate behavioral manifestations of domestic rabbit in selected breeding depending on season. The subject of ethological research was to compare behavioral manifestations (feeding; defecation and urination; walking; relaxation; sitting on its hind legs; comfort behaviour) of chosen breeds of rabbits (alaska, pearl) in particular seasons (spring, summer, autumn, winter). The beginning of observation was always at 10 a.m. and in 15 minutes intervals continued until 1 p.m. (total 13 records per day). Simultaneously was measured outdoor temperature (°C) and temperature inside of open outhouse (°C). There were found out by observation differences between behavioral manifestations of rabbits in different seasons. In summer, rabbits strongly preferred relaxation (91,9 %), whereas the other behavioral manifestations were in inhibition. Compare to that, relaxing consisted 52,8 % and other behavioral manifestations were more pronounced. The influence of breed of rabbit had not perceptible effect on behavioral manifestations. The frequency of behavioral manifestations of both breeds during the year was almost identical.
Vliv ročního období a četnosti pastvy na produkci mléka a mléčných výrobků od krav holštýnského skotu ve vybraném podniku
Kulišťáková, Michaela
In this work, the effects of seasons and frequency of grazing on the quality of Holstein cattle´s milk and milk products was monitored. Data from milk reccording of Z. P. Z. farm in Valašská Bystřice were used to obtain the results for year 2015. Dairy cows were categorized in numerical order of lactation into the three numerically equal groups that are dairy cows in 1st, 2nd and 3rd to 6th lactation. Deviations of milk yield were being observed during the year in relation to pasture. We also studied whether there was also change in representation of other milk components, especially in fat and proteins in the particular groups and well as in the whole herd. The results of the analysis showed that the most balanced milk yield during the monitoring of dairy cows was achieved in the winter months. When coming to and leaving from the pasture, we recorded significant declines in all observed values. During period of grazing, our results were highly fluctuating with the lowest values of milk yield (24.65 kg) and content of fat (3.67 %) recorded in August, which we attribute to high average daily temperatures. However, highest values were recorded during January for milk yields (32.25 kg) and during December for contents of fat and proteins (4.47 % and 3.37 % respectively). Effect of seasons on milk products was evaluated according to market demand. Highest demand for cheese and quark was recorded during spring months.
Variabilita složení kravského mléka z ekologické farmy v závislosti na ročním období
Skřivánek, Miroslav
The thesis deals with the composition variability of organic farm cow´s milk depending on the season of the year. It analyzes variability of cow´s milk composition focusing on the influences of seasons and nutrition, and on the differences between the composition of milk of conventional and organic origins. After organic farm milk sampling and its analyzing the results were evaluated statistically and the statistic data were compared to the data of analyses of conventional breeding. In discussion the evaluated analyses were compared to other copyright works.
Vyhodnocení reprodukčních ukazatelů ve vybraném chovu dojnic v ZOD "Podhradí" Choustník
NEZBEDOVÁ, Marie
The aim of this thesis is to evaluate chosen influences on the extent of reproduction of randomly chosen milk cows that are bred in the same conditions. The chosen influences such as breed, age of the first calving, time of year of calving and level of yield were observed within breeds of Czech Fleckvieh and Holstein cattle. Evaluation was carried out in ZOD "Podhradí" Choustník company, specifically in Budislav farm. 191 cows were chosen for the basic sample. 95 of them were Holstein cattle and 96 were Czech mottled cattle. Chosen influences were evaluated according to data gained from the set of milk yield inspections. A statistically significant difference was observed between Czech ticks and Holstein cows in the length of service period per second and first lactation where Holstein cows have a second lactation period longer than 44 days (P <0.001). Evaluation of first calving age did not show any influence on the level of reproduction neither within Czech Fleckvieh nor within Holstein cattle. During the annual evaluation, it emerged that Holstein cows calved in spring and winter have significantly bigger insemination interval compared to cows that were calved during summer or autumn. This fact was also proven by correlation analysis. This analysis also confirmed the relation between annual period and insemination interval Rxy=0,21(P<0,05). The correlation analysis also proved the relation between annual period and service period as well as interim of Czech Fleckvieh cattle Rxy= 0,327 (P<0,01). Statistically significant influence was not proven within Holstein cattle. Correlation analysis only pointed out the relation between yield and service period Rxy=0,213 (P<0,05). Unlike Holstein cattle, gradual increase of service period figures and interim depending on yield was noticed. Breeding cows milking more that 7,5 thousand kg of milk per lactation had service period of 132 days (P<0,01) and interim 407 days (P<0,01). Economical losses caused by prolonged interim during monitored herd of cattle reached 400.490 CZK in year of 2016.
