This bachelor´s thesis includes complete analysis of the company Pegas NONWOVENS. The thesis deals with analyses of SWOT and SLEPTE, Porter´s five forces model, Kralicek´s Quick test and chosen indexes of finance analysis. Some suggested recommendations, which could improve the situation of the company, have been processed on the basis of these analyses.

Diplomová práce se zabývá komplexním zhodnocením aktuální situace podniku XXX s.r.o. První část práce teoreticky obsahuje jednotlivé analýzy, které jsou využity v analytické části. Analytická část práce zhodnocuje externí, sektorové a interní okolí firmy. Dále stručně analyzuje finanční zdraví podniku. Na základě provedených analýz s přihlédnutím na specifika podniku jsou formulována doporučení a opatření vedoucí ke zlepšení současné pozice na trhu.

Diplomová práce se zaoberá analýzou současného stavu Agentury - Pro-staff s.r.o., která je využita na tvorbu návrhov pro rozvoj společnosti. V první části jsou definovány cíle a metodika práce, zatímco druhá část obsahuje teoretické podklady pro část třetí, která se věnuje analýzám. Pozornosť je venovaná macro a micro okolí. Poslední část obsahuje vlastní návrhy autora, ktoré sú vytvorené na základe výsledkov z analytickej časti. Návrhy se týkají řízení lidských zdrojů, ochrany jména a značky firmy, neustálého zlepšování, kvality ich sluzeb a sdílení informací a komunikaci v rámci společnosti.

The analysis of internal situation help to determine its strengths ,weaknesses and financial health. These findings are summarized in the SWOT analysis. The conclusion states strategic recommendations for improvement of current situation.

This master´s thesis is focused on analysis of the company which is situated in the pro-duction of plastic windows and profile systems. Analysis of the actual state is made through the analysis of the inner and outer environment, financial situaction is estimated with the Kralicek Quick Test. Thesis includes suggestions and recommendations which will cause improvement of the situation at general in following years.
