Financial Evaluation of Construction Project from Aspect of Investor

The aim of this paper is to approach possibility of financing investment construction project from perspective of smaller public investor – the village. As part of this work will be evaluated and assessed the possibility of financial acquisition of project Complex revitalization of center Cechy pod Kosirem in specific ways of financing and also demonstrates advantages of implementation of co-financing mainly from grants of the European Union. Further focuses on the proposed acquisition of subsidies from structural funds as an external source of financing of construction project.

Financing of Construction Contract from the Aspect of Investor

The aim of Bachelor’s thesis is to acquire the possibilities of financing revitalization of blocks of flats from the aspect of supplier. It is the most common problem in the present time, since most of these houses are in very poor conditions with the need of repairs. The theoretical part is focused on financing of contracts, which are involving the possibilities of obtaining grants and loans for important realizations. Further, the practical part deals with the subsidy input to the project and its influences of the financial sites. The practical part deals with subsequent analysis of the contract at the non-recognition subsidies and the need of obtaining a loan.

The bachelor thesis deals with valuation of financial feasibility of investment project realized by municipality. In the theoretical part of thesis there are simply described possibilities ensuring of needed financial resources for realization of construction order realized by municipality and alongside there are briefly characterized basic terms from this issue. Practical part of the project is focused on analysis of budget the municipality, proposal of financial ensuring the project and assessment if its financial feasibility.

Company in national economy and realisation of investments: alternatives for its development through emission of bonds and bank loan

This thesis focuses on the issue of companies investments realization and the sources of their funding, especially on bank loan and emission of company bonds. Thesis is divided into two parts. In theoretical part we conclude that bank loan is in Czech Republic more usual form of funding than emisson of bonds. Emission of bonds presents only a small percentage on total financial funds. In thesis we conclude that for companies, which realize their investments and won't refinance it with next emission of funds are bank loans clearly preferable option. The thesis brings evaluation of real investment plans and choice of foreign funding sources. It can help as a simplified template for decision making about these funding sources.

Loan and lease financing from the perspective of accounting and taxatio

This diploma thesis tries to generally characterize selected forms of financing while purchasing tangible fixed assets by an entity. These forms are a bank credit, financial and operational leasing. This paper mainly focuses on accounting and taxation factors which are linked with the individual forms. Theoretical resources of given topic are applied to a model case which compares financial flows of bank credit and financial leasing. The thesis also includes current research of relevant segment of subjects which is focused on practical application of selected forms of financing within the individual sections of the Czech economy.

This bachelor thesis deals with the financing business based on trade license. In the theoretical part the basic terms related to the issue will be defined, the relevant legislation will be analysed and the work deals the possibilities of business finance from internal and external sources. In the practical part I will focus on the application of this knowledge to particular businessman in practice. A part of this thesis is to analyze financial and administrative aspects for the establishment of trade and in the course of business.

The theoretical part provides basic information about each section of the business plan and the main concepts related to business issues. In the practical part, the different sections of the business plan are developed.

In the thesis there are applied the theoretical knowledge of debt financing and its impact on the MARLENKA international Ltd. The aim of the Bachelor thesis is to determine the impact of the implementation of the investment plan of the company for the development of the financial situation of the company. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and analytical part. The analytical part of the thesis focuses on the investment project of the company and its evaluation. In conclusion there are the findings evaluated.
