Design of Portable Fluorescence Immunoassay Analyzer
Filková, Adriana ; Sládek, Josef (referee) ; Fridrichová, Eva (advisor)
The subject of this bachelor's thesis is a design of a portable fluorescence immunological analyzer for laboratory and healthcare facilities. The main requirements encompassed durability, ergonomics, and easy sample manipulation. Based on technical and design analysis, a custom design was developed, incorporating a stand for holding a testing mico tube, automatic slot opening, a touchscreen display, and an on/off button. The lateral sides of the product are ergonomically rounded and feature anti-slip grooving. To enhance durability, the touchscreen display is recessed into the top surface of the analyzer. The design of the resulting proposal is non-intrusive and meets the environmental conditions for which it is intended.
Comparison of control measurements on different types of analyzers used in ÚKBLD CHLTC of VFN in Prague
Koblasa, Vladimír ; Kvasnička, Jan (advisor) ; Kozák, Tomáš (referee)
Koblasa,Vladimír - Comparison of control measurements on various types of haematology analyzers used by ÚKBLD CHLTC at University Hospital in Prague First Faculty of Medicine, Charles University in Prague, Praha 2, Kateřinská 32 Head of the work: prof. MUDr. Jan Kvasnička, DrSc. Supervisor -consultant: Mgr. Ivana Malíková Blood cell count is essential testing method in hematology, where it is necessary to ensure properquality control. Aim of this study was to compare the results of measurement control materials with defined parameters and the same samples at different haematological analyzers to obtain evidence for the expression of measurement uncertainties. There are used more types of blood analyzers in ÚKBLD CHLTC at University Hospital in Prague, which operate on different principles. For comparsion were selected analyzers using the impedance working principle, where individual blood cell passes between two electrodes controlled by low voltage. Variation of this voltage is recorded and accurately defined for each type of blood cells. It was also chosen analyzer that works with optical detection. Analyzer illuminates the individual blood cell by light beam. A cell that enters into the path of light rays, reduce its optical density incident on the photocell. The change of the light density...
Operational efficiency of gas boilers
Marčiš, Šimon ; Vyhlídalová, Karolína (referee) ; Počinková, Marcela (advisor)
This master’s thesis elaborates a design of water heating and heating system for a building of a rehabilitation center in Horný Hričov. The theoretical section describes operational efficiency of gas boilers and associated calculation methods. The experimental section covers measurements of condensing gas boiler at various temperatures of heating water conducted in university laboratory. Operational efficiency was then calculated using indirect method based on the measurement results. Subsequently, calculated values and values measured by an operational efficiency analyzer were compared. The comparison revealed minor deviations in operational efficiency values and different values of condensing heat utilization between the calculations and the analyzer results. The analytical section of the thesis consists of complex designs of two versions of the heating system and the water heating. The first design version uses condensing gas boilers as a heat source while the second version uses a water-air heat pump instead. The project section of the thesis is executed in the scope for a building permit and consists of a technical report and a design documentation.
Design And Implementation Of Network Collector
Bosela, Jaroslav
This article presents a part of our project focused on developing a network collector and analyzer. It is a Python application used to collect and analyze NetFlow version 9 messages. With this article, an underlying schema and code of the application are described.
Analysis of Real-World XML Queries
Hlísta, Peter ; Holubová, Irena (advisor) ; Svoboda, Martin (referee)
The aim of this thesis was to gather and analyze the real-world XQuery programs. The data gathering process is usually performed using the crawler. Part of the thesis was to analyze different crawlers and to choose the most suitable one. The crawler was then modified, so it would not overload servers, gather the right data and be able to pause. Before main gathering two problems had to be solved - where to start the gathering and how long it will take. After the data were gathered, they were cleaned, corrected and validated. The subject of the analysis was usage of the XQuery language and its grammar symbols. We also analyzed the XML documents used by XQuery programs and outputs from the XQuery programs. The main contribution of this thesis is the amount of the gathered data (in comparison with other sources), as well as gathering XML documents which are being queried, using Analyzer for analyzing the real-world XQuery programs and running this real-world XQuery programs over gathered XML documents.

Analysis and Notification of New ResultCloud Submissions
Iakymets, Bohdan ; Vojnar, Tomáš (referee) ; Šimková, Hana (advisor)
Software tests results have mostly the same values, therefore they do not contain any important or interesting information. Developers must spend a lot of time for looking for something interesting in tests results, thus developer require tool for analysis results and in case finding interesting information notify user about it. This tool can save a lot of time. Assignment of this bachelor work is design and implement mechanism for analyzing and notifing user about interesting changes in test results. Part of the work is to learn ResultCloud and based on acquired knowledge to extend ResultCloud.
Digitally controlled filter
Rez, Jan ; Szabó, Zoltán (referee) ; Friedl, Martin (advisor)
This bachelor's thesis deals with design of a functional prototype universal digitally controlled analog frequency filter 2th order. Part of the design is the selection of appropriate filter topology diagram and selection of an integrated circuit. Universal filter will contain lowpass, highpass, bandpass and notch filter. The filter is tuned in cutoff frequency from 100 Hz to 15 kHz. The bachelor's thesis focuses on the circuit analysis of selected concrete structure of universal filter and possibilities of digital control filters. The practical part of this thesis includes PCB design, control software for filter and graphical representation of measured results.
Packet Analyser for Wireless Sensor Networks with Ethernet Interface
Leixner, Martin ; Šimek, Milan (referee) ; Mráz, Ľubomír (advisor)
The aim of this work is study the standard IEEE 802.15.4. Implement a packet analyzer for the frequency band 2.4GHz and sub-gigahertz band. The analyzer will provide accu- rate time stamp to the received packets. It will operate remotely and controlled by a web page. Implemented analyzer will work with the inspection software Wireshark. Finally, evaluate the parameters of the proposed packet analyzer.
Breath Alcohol Tester
Pagáč, Patrik ; Kolář, Radim (referee) ; Chmelař, Milan (advisor)
The theme of bachlor’s project is design of simply breath alkohol tester. A breath alcohol test determines how much alcohol is in your blood by measuring the amount of alcohol in the air you breathe out (exhale). My task is interpret the possibility of measuring the alcohol content in the body. Describe the different methods and compare their accuracy and useability for practical measurements and also used in law enforcement.
