Firm Analysis by Different Methods

The goal of this diploma thesis is to suggest effective action steps targeting the enhancement of current situation within a company with the help of analysis of both its internal and external environment. Fundamental analysis, SLEPTE analysis, Porter's model and SWOT analysis were used. Each application is preceded by theoretical introduction into the essence of the applied analytical model.

This diploma thesis deals with the assessment of the situation of football club TJ Start Brno through analysis of internal and external environment, including SLEPTE anylisis, SWOT analysis, Porter´s five forces model and „7S“ analysis. The theoretical part describes essence of the individual analyses that are applied in the partical part of this thesis. Based on the results I introduce several proposals of solutions with thein impacts as they were shown in analysis.

The thesis includes SLEPTE analysis, Porter's five forces model and SWOT analysis. Based on the analyzes are finally propose ways to improve the current situation of the company.

Marketing Communication of a Chosen Retail Unit

The bachelor thesis is focused on marketing communication in selected retail unit. The main goal is to analyze the use of marketing communication tools and a compilation of proposals and recommendations in the field of communication mix for the retail unit Kaufland. The practical part includes the questionnaire survey that identifies the strengths and the weaknesses of marketing communication.
