Studium vlastností tranzistorů s iontovými kapalinami

Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na studium elektrických a dielektrických vlastností tranzistorů na bázi iontových kapalin. Měření probíhalo na organických elektrochemických tranzistorech s polovodivým kanálem z PEDOTu:PSS, které byly nejprve vyráběny na substrátech ITO, později byly natištěny pomocí 3D tisku. Při měření jejich vlastností byla použita iontová kapalina NO4 (1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium hydrogensíran). Elektrické vlastnosti byly zjišťovány měřením volt-ampérových charakteristik, dielektrické vlastnosti byly změřeny pomocí impedanční spektroskopie.

Gel Polymer Electrolytes Based On MMA With Ionic Liquids

Gel polymer electrolytes are perspective electrolytes for new types of Li-ion batteries today. The properties respectively advantages of these gels can be used also in other fields of electrochemistry. Very promising combination can be electrochemically stable polymers and ionic liquids, which are substances that consist of an organic cation and an inorganic or organic anion, with a melting point below 100 °C. Main advantages of ionic liquids are high ionic conductivity, inflammability and excellent electrochemical stability. These ionic liquids may be suitable for new lithiumion batteries and supercapacitors, especially where the required higher thermal stability. In this paper, I will present fundamental characteristics of gel polymer electrolytes with ionic liquids.

Study of Electric and Dielectric Properties of Ionic Liquids

Presented thesis is focused on study of electric and dielectric properties of ionic liquids (ILs). ILs may find its use in wide spectre of applications, namely in electrotechnics. Thesis is divided into theoretical and experimental part. The theoretical part is dedicated to description of basic properties of ILs and possibility of use in capacitors and electrochemical gas sensors. The experimental part describes used methods of characterisation of physical properties and evaluation of measured data. The results are divided into two main parts. The first part deals with the study of properties of ILs for their use as capacitors. The second part is dedicated to the study of prepared experimental NO2 sensor, namely to influence of ILs properties to commonly studied properties.

Studium elektrických a dielektrických vlastností iontových kapalin

Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na studium elektrických a dielektrických vlastností iontových kapalin. Pro měření těchto vlastností byly použity dva typy OECT substrátů s odlišnou délkou polovodivého kanálu z PEDOTu:PSS. Dielektrické vlastnosti byly měřeny pomocí impedanční spektroskopie, kdy se měřila závislost hodnoty impedance a jejího fázového úhlu na frekvenci napětí. Pomocí V-A charakteristik bylo zjištěno, že k nejlepšímu zavírání polovodivého kanálu dochází při kladném napětí UGD. Pro toto napětí byly porovnány spínací rychlosti různých iontových kapalin.

Partition Coefficients Octanol-water of Selected (–)-Menthol-Substituted Chiral Ionic Liquids.

Octanol-water partition coefficients, log P, may be considered as one of the indicators for the tendency to bioaccumulation. For this reason, log P was measured as a function of the alkyl chain length on the cation for selected species of the 1–[(1R, 2S, 5R)-(–)-menthoxymethyl]-3-alkylimidazolium chloride ionic liquid series. The data were processed by means of mathematical gnostics to evaluate the relationship between the structure of the studied ionic liquids and log P.

Physicochemical Characterization of Chiral Ionic Liquids for Their Applications.

In this work, we address a thermodynamic characterization of a homologous series of 1–[(1R, 2S, 5R)-(–)-menthoxymethyl]-3-alkylimidazolium bis{(trifluoromethyl)sulfonyl} imide ionic liquids. The alkyl chain length ranges from methyl to dodecyl. In this study, our attention is focused on the thermodynamic properties of the pure CILs, i.e. on their heat capacities, densities, viscosities, and self-diffusion coefficients of the cations. The second level is to gain a deeper understanding of the structure-property relationships. Data analysis was carried out by means of mathematical gnostics.
