Guesthouse

This bachelor thesis is a project of new five-storey, semi basement guesthouse in Opava. This guesthouse will be used for accommodation, catering and recreation. Accommodation capacity is 21 people. In the basement is a technical background. The first floor is designed for the overall run of the guesthouse, staff, catering and sports. In the second and third floor are rooms for guests. Almost every room has a balcony. In the fourth floor is a common room with adjoining terrace. The building is brick. The vertical structures are made of ceramic blocks. Outer walls are insulated by outer contact system. The ceilings are mostly ceramic-concrete and a smaller part of the reinforced concrete. The guesthouse is roofed by single-flat roof.
The flat - building with office space

The subject of diploma work is the design of residential building with office space in Uničov. This is a five-story building with one underground floor and four storeys. The building is divided into two almost identical parts interconnected communication space. Bearing structures in the underground parts are made of reinforced concrete monolithic walls. The above-ground part is used a brick wall system KM Beta SENDWIX. For communication space is used columned longitudinal system. The building is covered double-walled surface roof.
Detached house with hairdresser' in Velké Opatovice

This bachelor’s thesis deals with the processing of project documentation for three-storey, semi-basement, detached house with hairdresser’s in Velke Opatovice. The building is designed slightly sloping terrain. The hairdresser’s is located on the ground floor and has its own entrance separated from the residential part. The residential part is made of cellars and play room in the basement, garage, garden furniture storage and utility room on the ground floor, a larger residential unit on the second floor and the attic flat on the third floor.
Eliminate structural thermal brigdes

The Bachelor thesis deals with the ways of eliminating thermal bridges in overhanging concrete structures using ISO-beams. The first part of the thesis presents a list of producers who provide ISO-beams in the Czech Republic, a comparison of products according to the transfer of internal forces, and the complete product list of ISO-beams by Schöck GmbH. The second part deals with the calculation of internal forces of particular balconies and design reinforcement.
Family house

This work deals with family house in cadastral of territory Chlum. The building is in the north-eastern slope. Family house have one floor in the underground and two aboveground. House have classical symmetrical gablet roof. House have L shape. Ground floor don‘t contains residental rooms. 1st floor consist of entrance hall, study room, stairs, corridors, small bathrooms with toilet, winter garden, living room and kitchen. 2nd floor consist of corridors, guest rooms, bedroom with dressing room, children´s room and balcony. The facade isn‘t intendet. Before entering in the building, there are an outdoor stairs, covered with shed roof. House disposition is proper for pernament habitation 4-6 persons, disposition 4+1.
Small block of flats with a workshop

The new building of a small block of flats which is primarily designed for seniors is the content of the presented work. The building consists of four flats, including one barrier-free, there is also a technical support and manicure and pedicure, too. This is a classic masonry building with no insulation. The building has three floors and a flat roof . Paved and parking areas are adjacent to the building. The project is designed to rural development in Bernartice nad Odrou. Glued laminated beams which form the roof structure are the specialty of the proposal.
Family house with bookshop in Brno

The thesis solves a project documentation of family house with bookshop in Brno. The object is designed as a three-floor with partial basement and garage. Family house is rectangular in shape, staffed by sloping terrain. In basement is situated technical room and cellars. The first floor is used for operating purposes. Here is located bookshop with facilities for employees and garage. Acces road to the bookshop and sales area indoors are designed for disabled person. In other floors are two independent flats for family of four to five. Object includes terrace and balconies. Object is covered by a gable roof. Architectural and proportional design of the building fits into surrounding development.
Technological stage of siding Contact Insulation of housing building

Construction and technological study focuses on the contact insulation cladding brick of apartment building. Thermal insulation will be done completely on whole construction, including substructure and plinth. It also includes renovation of balconies and loggias, where will be done a re-formation. The work desribes the process of individual phases of insulation, principles of organization of construction, time scheduling, suggestion of machine composition, quality requirements, safety and health at work and itemized budgets.
Apartment house, Na Větrníku

The final thesis is focused on a design of an apartment house and processing of the design documentation. Designed building is situated on the periphery of the town Chrudim in the locality of the housing estate Na Větrníku. It’s a detached house with five floors and a basement. Building has a rectangular plan with dimensions 30,92 × 17,17 m. The foundation of the building is designed as a combination of piles and strips. The vertical constructions will be made of the clay blocks. The floor structures are designed as cast-in-place reinforced concrete floors. The apartment house has a saddle roof with a slope 15°. There are 25 apartments in the building and the mass garages for 15 cars, which are situated in the basement. The garages will serve to the residents of the house.
Holiday apartment house in Horní Bečva

The diploma thesis deals with the design of the holiday apartment house. The building with an irregular floor plan has four storeys and it is covered with a flat roof with vegetation in the level above 1.NP a gabled roof in a level above 4.NP. The apartment house offers ten separate apartment flats intended for temporary or permanent accommodation. It also includes a public area, including refreshments and relaxation zone with swimming pool.
