Retirement center in Velké Poříčí

It is about new-built Retirement center standing alone in the cadaster unit of the town Velké Poříčí. The building has four- floors without basement. It is located in flat terrain near the river in quiet location. The house is built as letter L form. The Retirement center is adapt for disabled people. In the first floor is dining room, doctor´s office, part for employees and technical facilities for house. In the second and third floors are apartments. There are 12 single rooms for one person, 6 single rooms for pair with sleeping in one room and 4 apartments for couple with separated bedroom. In the fourth floor is access to roof terrace. The structural systém of the building is composed of precast concrete frame by Prefa, infill wall from ceramic masonry. Vertical structures are built by prestressed concrete floor slab Spiroll. The building has ventilated facade with mineral wool with facade cladding. The roof is warm flat roof with half intensive green roof.
Apartment building

The aim of this bachelor thesis is design of a new detached apartment building. The building has an underground floor and four above ground floors. In the underground floor there are situated technical facilities and storage spaces. In every above ground floor there are located two apartments. In every apartment there are two bedrooms, a living room with a kitchen, a toilet, a bathroom and a storage space. The building is built on concrete strip foundations, walls are made of ceramic masonry. The building is roofed by single shell vegetation roof. Ceilings are made of beams and inserts which are over-concreted.
Apartment building

The subject of this bachelor thesis is a new building of an apartment house in Chotěboř. The apartment building is designed from the four-storey part and from the five-storey part, the floors are finished with a residential attic. The apartment building is connected to the existing housing development, installed in a slightly sloping terrain. The apartment building contains seventeen housing units, the apartments are designed for housing four-member families, while apartments of the studio type are designed for two persons. The first floor is designed for the technical facilities of the building, there is also a commercial area that is considered for the operation of a hairdresser. Other above-ground floors consist of housing units. The apartment house is covered with a saddle seddle roof, in the part of the fifth floor there is also an outdoor terrace with a flat roof. The vertical load-bearing and non-load-bearing structures are formed by the Porotherm brick system. Horizontal ceiling structures are designed as a monolithic reinforced concrete slab. The foundation structures are made of monolithic concrete and monolithic prefa. The parking space is designed outside the building, with parking for the disabled. The project was developed in the ArchiCad graphics program. All constructions comply with valid standards and regulations.
Detached house, Šternberk

This bachelor thesis deals with the design of a new building detached house on a slope in the town of Šternberk. The building consists of one underground and one above-ground floor. The individual floors are divided in height. The vertical supporting structures are made of ceramic masonry, the vertical supporting structure above the top wall rim is made of lost formwork and forms a stiffening wall. The roof is designed countertop. The project documentation has been prepared according to valid legal and technical regulations.

The family house is designed for a family of four. The building has two above-ground floors and there is a basement below some part of the building. The movement amongst the floors is through concrete staircase. The object is built from the Porotherm system and covered with a flat roof. The building is based on underlying reinforced concrete belts.
Design of the RC slabs of the flat house

The topic of the bachelor thesis is a new two-storey production building with an administrative part on the second floor and a production space on the ground floor The bachelor thesis deals with the static assessment of selected main bearing elements of the whole building in details for building permit. The main vertical supporting structure here is peripheral ceramic masonry, which is bounded by iron-concrete wreaths at the level of each of the two floors. The building is roofed with wooden nailed roof trusses placed on an in to wall-anchored wooden beam. The main supporting horizontal structure forming the ceiling between the first and second above-ground floors is made up of prefabricated Spiroll ceiling panels, which are placed on the stiffening wreath 1NP. The foundation structures are made of a monolithic concrete waist and consequently of a prefabricated lost formwork.
Extension and modernization of clinic in Zamberk

This diploma thesis deals with the design and elaboration of the project documentation for the works required for the completion and modernization of Žamberk Health Clinic. Specifically it deals with the extension of ambulatory psychiatry of its inpatient ward. The object in focus is located in the built-up part of Žamberk and it is located in the area of the Specialist Asylum Albertinum Žamberk. The building is designed as an annex with one underground and two aboveground floors with a flat roof. It is divided into three units: a dormitory psychiatric care, the dormitory gerontopsychiatric care unit and the therapeutic block. The suggestion was to keep up the requirement to minimize the interference of existing outpatient psychiatric facility and to create operationally interconnected unit between the existing object and the extension at the same time. The construction system is considered from traditional building materials. The fundamentals are made by a combination of plain concrete and lost formwork. Vertical carrier structures are made of reinforced concrete monolithic walls for the underground floor and brick walls made of ceramic blocks for both aboveground floors. Vertical partitioning structures are also walled from ceramic blocks. Horizontal carrier structures are designed as reinforced concrete monolithic continuous boards. The object is insulated with ETICS, the roof is flat and single-skinned

This is about new semidetached house in Šternberk. The object is intended for two four-member families. The object is designed as H-shaped. The house is designed with one upstair floor, living attic and is partly basement. Floor plan of the living part is roofed with saddle roof and ceramic roofing. The garage between the living parts of the object is roofed with flat roof. The perimeter walls is insulated with the Contact thermal insulation system. The bearing masonry is made from ceramic blocks, ceiling construction is made from ceramic-concrete beams and ceramic inserts.
