The subject of this bachelor thesis is a design of a family house with business premises. A new building is situated in the village of Velký Ořechov on slightly flat terrain. The purpose of the business premises is the copy center with necessary annexes including. House has 2 floors and is adapted for housing 4 persons. The construction support system is bricked from ceramic blocks Porotherm. The ceiling constructions are designed like halfprefabricated Porotherm. The building is designed with shed roofs.

Detached House with Establishment

The subject of this bachelor thesis is a design of a detached house with establishment copy centre in Ostrava. The house is suitable for housing a family of four. Operation copy centre will provide residents of the house. The main entrance to the building is oriented to the north. The house has an irregular floor plan and is covered with a flat roof and aisle roof. Residential rooms are oriented to the west. The building is constructed of ceramic blocks with structural system Porotherm as the vertical supporting construction and for the horizontal supporting construction the Porotherm semi-fitted ceiling system was used. The project was developer by a computer program ArchiCAD. This thesis was created with an emphasis on a correct layout, architectural design, static requirements and safety construction usage.

This is a family house with an establishment, which has its own entrance. The house is situated in the Pardubice region in the town Letohrad, cadastral Letohrad. The building consists of two floors. The house has a garage. The building is covered with a flat roof above the second floor, above the first is a flat green roof above the living room in the form of terraces. The building is designed from the structural system VELOX.

This bachelor thesis aims to prepare documentation for the execution of the project . This is a family house with an establishment massage. The new building is situated on the territory of the Zlín region in the Staré Město. It is intended for permanent housing for four- member family . The building is designed as a brick building in the shape of L , where the vertical and horizontal structures are designed from the structural system Porotherm . It has two floors and is covered with a gable roof.

Detached house with dentist's office

The subject of my thesis work is design of two storey basementless family house with dental surgery. The building is located in the quiet part of Lower Lutyne with good access to the surrounding towns. The residential part of the house is designed to stay four people. Access to the building and into the clinic is wheelchair accessible. Before entering the clinic there are 5 parking spaces, one of which is intended for people with reduced mobility. The building is based on the footings, which first part is from plain concrete and second is made from porous concrete blocks inserted into the frost resistant depts. External walls are made of sand-lime bricks 200 mm wide and with contact insulation system 200 mm wide. Ceiling structure is solved ceiling panels Spiroll 250 mm wide. The gabled roof is made of wood trusses. The project includes a seminary work focused on the evaluation of the structures in terms of thermal technology and acoustics.

The house is situated in the region South Bohemia in the village Trnovany cadastral district Trnovany u Litoměřic. The building is designed as a brick building. Vertical structures are designed from the structural system PORFIX. Horizontal structures are designed from the structural system PORFIX. The house is covered with gabled roof, systems hambálek. The building has two floors.

The intention of this bachelor thesis is a project documentation of a family house with a business premises, in this case we are talking about office. Building is situated in the middle of bohemia region in Caslav. It is a two floors new building with a terrace, designed for a family of four. The house is plastered with a light green tint. The windows and doors are plastic with imitation of wood. Vertical constructions are made of polished ceramic bricks which are based on concrete strip footings. Horizontal structures are constructed from ceiling panels Miako made by POROTHERM company. Roofing of the main section is solved by mono-pitched wooden trusses. The roof cladding consists of concrete tiles BRAMAC MAX 7 °. Flat, walkable and vegetation roofs are designed above the adjacent parts.

The main objective of this bachelor's thesis is making the project according to technical standards, laws, technical regulations for building construction. Documents determine urban, architectural and engineering solutions, description of constructions and required information about the buildig, plans for implementation. The task of this thesis is project documentation according to solution for building construction of detached house with service establishement. The drawings were executed in AutoCad. The house is designed for year-round occupancy. This building is realised without a basement and has two floors. For the realisation of this project covered with a hipped roof we use the system Porotherm,.

The bachelor thesis deals with design house with a car repair shop and elaboration of design documentation of the building. It is a slab-brick building, which is divided into a two- story living area and single storey part of the car repair shop. The building will be covered with flat and gablet roof. The main text contains the message type A, B, D. The content is guided by Annex 6 of Decree No. 62/2013. Attachments are inserted into the preparatory work, the drawings and calculations. Annex consists of 7 components.

This bachelor’s thesis deals with the project documentation of a family house with an establishment. The building is situated in Smilovice in the Silesia. The house is divided into living part for a family and establishment for a dentist. The part for living is two floored. There are used sand-lime bricks and half span roofing. The establishment is build of same bricks, but it’s only one floored and the roof is flat. The building is located in a flat terrain.
