Application of technical analysis in trading on stock markets

The aim was to create trading strategies in the stock inden NASDAQ Composite and comparing these trading strategies to yield market. The introductory chapters are discussed theories price behavior of the stock markets and methods to estimate future price developments. The main part of the theoretical part is focused on technical analysis and its tools. Technical analysis tools understand graphical analysis and analysis based on technical indicators, which are then used to create busi-ness strategy. In the practical part is first mentioned methodology for creating and evaluating business strategies. For creating business strategies have been selected tech-nical indicators, exponential moving average, Relative Strength Index, Com-modity Index Channel and Parabolic SAR. The last part is dedicated to a review of the trade policies compared to the overall market. For this investigation implies that none of these strategies has not been in business del-SIM period (2008-2012) able to overcome yield market. In all calculated based invest-ment strategies loss. Overcoming yield market has been only in the short term, in 2008, the most successful strategy was published strategy based on exponential moving ave-rage. This result helped the financial crisis in 2008, which caused the market to become a loss in the amount of $ 1,978.44 (ie 39.6%) while the loss in busi-ness strategies were lower. Another positive year was 2012, when managed business strategies established by the oscillator Commodity Channel Index (CCI) and trend indicator Parabolic SAR outperform the market. In both business strategist-ICH achieve higher profits than the market return. The results in the long term and are consistent with market efficiency, which states that no created business strategy will deliver higher returns than the market itself.
The strategy firm dealing in Dental hygiene products

The aim of this thesis was to prepare an analysis of the business environment and companie tranding in goods and products for dental hygiene. The operational objective was to assess the development of business opportunities in this field, focusing on short-term and long-term prosperity of the business and possibly adjust the current business strategy. In preparing the analyzes, it was found that the company hadn´t developed a strategy, but it only works with the visions, both in the market, property, economy and human resources. The proposed new strategy is a combination of market-oriented strategy and customer oriented strategy.
Analysis of business strategy for futures markets

This work focuses on trading on stock exchanges, namely on the futures markets from the perspective of the small speculator. The goal is to apply created intraday business strategy on selected futures markets, do fictitious trades on the historical data of markets and analyze these data. The first part of this work deals with the essential information and concepts that the reader needs to know to understand the second part, where the data of fictitious trades on the e-mini NASDAQ 100 market and e-mini S&P 500 market is analyzed, evaluated and suggested possible improvements.

The theoretical part defines general procedure of business strategy and management, which is the basis for strategic plan creation. The practical part describes an actual well-established medium enterprise, presents a complex analysis of external environment, or its surroundings, and internal environment, or its internal sources and abilities. A SWOT analysis is realized based on the facts consequent upon the enterprise analysis. Thus we can compare the existing strategy and plans of the enterprise to the suggested solution.

The topic of the thesis is viral and up-to-dated because Czech Republic market has a good potential and excellent conditions for the new industry to develop and grow.
Business strategy for the Chinese market - an example of Coca-Cola HBC

This thesis deals with the business strategy in the Chinese market, which is introduced a concrete example of the business strategy of Coca-Cola. According the breadth of the topic there is not included the overall business strategy of mentioned company, but corporate social responsibility, which is the third pillar of the strategy. The aim is to compare by values of social responsibility and setting the Coca-Cola's current situation on the Chinese market and local governments attitude to the main problems of this area. The first chapter is describe the economic growth and current economic development of China, which is marked by the global financial crisis. In the context of sustainable development of Coca-Cola is worth mentioning the Convention and the obligations arising from the country for membership in the ILO. This issue is devoted to the second chapter. The last chapter describes the business strategy (including the basic pillars of the strategy "4A"), with a focus on ensuring sustainable growth. This information is used not only to approach the business strategy, but also for possible access to government compared with the real situation in the country.
Analysis of the internal environment of a selected company

The aim of this work is to assess the current situation of the selected firm through analysis of the internal environment. Based on the findings, I will propose an optimal strategy for the company to improve its strengths and eliminate weaknesses. The internal business environment was evaluated by analysis of resources and competencies in various functional areas. According to the structure and activities of the enterprise, the following functional areas were evaluated: finance, marketing and human resources. Using the SWOT method, I laid out the main strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats, which then became the basis for choosing the appropriate corporate strategy.
Business Flight Simulators for Strategy Decision Making in the Small Company Sector

Small companies can more flexible react to the present economic crise on one side, but on the other side they are very influenced by unpredictability and continous external factor changes From that reason the current economic crise can contribute to the development of various managerial simulation enabling better support in the company decision making. This new condition and rules "rebuilding" without question means also the creation of new opportunity. The decision making should be supported by suitable decision making systems to be able to quickly react, specially for small companies. This role can play business flight simulators on the basis of system dynamics, which can help small companies make strategy decision. And just the analysis of possibility how to use business flight simulators for the strategy decision in the sector of small companies is the main goal of this thesis. First the present state research had to be done and the definition of small companies and the business strategy was set. Further in this thesis the analysis of using bussines flight simulators for strategy decision making are described. This analysis is influenced by two main factors -- thin capitalization and the current business complexity - which declare the general failure in small companies sector. On these factors of failure the business flight simulator using is tested by creating models in the software for decision making support. The part of all models is the company definition from the resources view, external and internal influences including "soft" factors and the developing of the model which is the base of the business flight simulator. Within the exploring, the questionare research in the small company sector was carried out. This research should show how Czech companies use bussiness flight simulators, if they want to try them or if their decisions are supported by this kind of decision making systems. The own development of model cases reflecting these main factors of the failure and their possible solution made in the software for decision making, which was tested at one small company, the analysis of business flight simulators using by questionare research in the sector of Czech small companies and sugessted recomandation could be taken as a main and scientific benefit of this thesis.
