Residential care home, Bílá voda

The subject of my master’s thesis deals with design of a new social care institution building. The building is located on land with spectacular view in Kratochvilka village. The building has four floors and basement. The building has forty beds for seniors and limited options of catering service. The building consists dining room, offices and nurse room on the first floor. Surgery, massage saloon and technical background is located in the basement. On the second, third and fourth floor are senior’s rooms. The walls will consist of bricks with an additional contact thermal insulation system ETICS, the ceiling will be reinforced concrete constructions and the house will have a walkable flat green roof. Design documentation was processed using the program AutoCAD 2014.
The villahouse in Polička

This bachelor thesis deals with the processing of project documentation for a new building called VillaHouse. The building is located in the southeastern part of the City of Polička. This is a three-story apartment building with a flat roof. The building has main and side entrances. The main entrance to the building is wheelchair accessible. The first floor has been designed with storage areas as well as a staircase and vestibule. The second and third floors are designed with 6 separate apartments. The apartments are of different size categories (2 + 1, 3 + 1, 1 + kc, 2 + kc and 2 x 3 + kc). The building has sheltered parking for 6 cars. The footings of the building are made of plain concrete. The supporting and perimeter walls are made from ceramic blocks. The ceiling constructions are made of prestressed reinforced concrete panels SPIROLL. The external walls are insulated with contact insulation ETICS.
Apartment house with law office in Nové Mesto nad Váhom

The bachelor thesis deals with the design of a multi-purpose building, which will be used mainly for long-term housing. In order to create a space for use in administrative work in the area, the building also considers the area for this activity. For this purpose, the land was perfectly suited to the function of the future building on the fringe of the town Nové Mesto nad Váhom. The land is flat, located in a built-up area with family and apartment houses, on the corner of streets named Bzinská and Odnrej Plachý. The place in the nineties served as a public city swimming pool for recreation and sport. The land has been unused since the end of this activity. Therefore, the intention of the building would not only be enriched by the housing stock of the city, but also the value of the dilapidating land would increase. The building is designed as a detached storey house with one underground and four above-ground floors. It is divided into a residential part and an administrative part with separate entrances. The building is covered with a flat single-skin roof with attic around the perimeter. All entrances to the building are designed as barrier-free. The residential area on the ground floor contains a housing unit and its facilities and equipment designed for three people with limited mobility and orientation. Other higher floors have two apartments for four people. The apartment part includes a basement, where each apartment is assigned a cellar. Furthermore, in the basement there are common areas for residents such as a workshop, a store of common garden furniture and tools, a gym with sanitary facilities and a common room with a toilet. There is an elevator machine room, a boiler room and a cleaning room with the facilities of the operators in which only authorized persons will have access to the facility. Detached House with Private Medical Clinic

The bachelor thesis deals with the design of the family house with the private medical surgery. The building is situated in a village Křelov, nearby Olomouc. There is two-story house of atypic shape with two shed roofs. The building is divided into the residential part and the operational part, which is conceived for commercial using. Each of these parts has its own entrance.
Sports centre Polička

This thesis deals with the design and elaboration process of a project documentation of a sports centre. The designed sports centre building is situated in the southern part of the town of Polička, in the area determined for sports and free time activities complexes and areas. It is a two-floor, non-cellar, flat-roof building. It is based on plain concrete strip foundations and reinforced concrete foundation footing. The bearing, peripheral and partition walls are designed from POROTHERM hollow clay blocks. Reinforced concrete columns are designated in open disposition areas. The ceiling construction is made from SPIROLL pre-stressed concrete floor slabs and point-supported reinforced concrete slabs. The peripheral walls of the first aboveground floor are insulated with external thermal insulation system with a protective gabion facade. The peripheral wall thermal insulation in a bowling restaurant and gym halls extension is designed from a ventilated facade with CEMBRIT METRO facade cladding panels. The building is functionally divided into two main parts with a shared entrance. The sports centre with gyms and other sports facilities form the first part. Three squash courts, a mini-football piste, a special room for spinning and alpinning, a room for group exercising and cloakrooms with sanitary facilities are designed within one part of the sports centre. A restaurant with a bowling area and a kitchen with storerooms and other facilities for employees form the second part. The designed complex is barrier-free. There is aimed to be a car park for fifty cars, four motorbikes and a bus in front of the building. Three parking places are for disabled people.
Sports center

The subject of my thesis is the design of new sports center in Hlučín. The sports center has three squash courts, a gym, spinning, two exercise rooms, a sauna and a bowling alley with a bar. The building is a basement, has two floors and is covered by a single casing flat roof. The structural system of brick Porotherm. The proposal respects the sports center city plan Hlučín existing street and buildings. Further emphasizes the layout including wheelchair access, collateral design for the static, architectural, energy conservation, fire safety and safety in use of the object.
Hotel Aztec

The aim of the thesis was to design a building named Hotel Aztec. The building will serve for accommodation and recreation. The restaurant is also part of the hotel. There is a car park near the hotel building. The hotel has four floors and basement. There are 26 suites, 2 of them are three bed rooms, 20 double or twin rooms and 4 single rooms. The south-facing orientation of the suites ensures sufficient insolation. In ground floor there is one twin room for disabled persons. In ground floor there is restaurant with kitchen connected with bar in basement. There is also wellness centre, mechanical rooms and storages. On the northeast side of the hotel there are offices and rooms for employees and training room. The loadbearing masonry is from sand-lime blocks and there are cast-in-place reinforced concrete slabs and concrete foundations. The external wall is insulated with ETICS. All roofs are warm flat, over the restaurant there is intensive green roof, The roof over the 2nd floor is walkable - roof terrace. Over the 3rd floor there is non-walkable flat roof. The building is heated by heat pumps and there is mechanical ventilation with heat recovery.
Sports and social centre - reconstruction

This thesis solves reconstruction of the community center in the village Částkov where work was the subject of energy-efficient and adapt the layout of buildings a new purpose use. It is designed thermal insulation of the building envelope, exchanging heat source with respect to the use of renewable energy and static security buildings in the form of newly built ceiling construction of the supporting steel rolled profiles and reinforced concrete slabs. The building will serve the public amenities and is necessary to ensure barrier-free movement of people into the building and inside it. The second part is to solve the surrounding buildings. It is designed multifunctional sports and sports areas of social security. The basis for the development of the scientific literature, technical standards, regulations and current studies at the Faculty of Civil Engineering.
Apartment building

The bachelor´s thesis describes the design of apartment building in Valašské Meziříčí (district Vsetín). It is a detached, wheelchair accessible building with partial basement, on a slightly sloping terrain. The apartment building has one basement and four above-ground floors. The shape of the building is rectangle with dimensions 35,15 x 21x2 m. Consists of a total of 14 residential units. On the first, second and third floors there are 4 apartments, on the fourth floor there are only 2 apartments. The building is designed as a transverse wall construction system using brick blocks. The ceilings structure is made of concrete prefabricated panels and the roof is designed as a warm flat roof. The bachelors´s thesis includes project documentation in the state for the construction.
Hotel - Litvínov

New building of hotel with restaurant, divided into two objects, single-storey administrative part with restaurant and hotel hinterland and three-storey accommodation tract. Building is without basement and foundations are on reinforced concrete foundation strips. Bearing walls are made of Porotherm brickwork, horizontal structures are also made of Porotherm brickwork. Both objects has flat roof.
