Family house

This Bachelor thesis deals with design documentation for implementation of family house construction. In the house includes dental surgery. The object is situated on a parcel with slightly sloping terrain in the village Pustiměř. The building for four-member family has two floors, no cellar and it is connected with a garage for one car. The house is designed of brick construction system, ceramic tile Porotherm. Whole ceiling structure is made of Porotherm using POT beam and ceiling fillers MIAKO. The house including the garage is covered with a gabled roof.
FAMILY HOUSE IN MĚŘÍN

The theme of bachelor´s thesis is a family house for family of four in Měřín. Object is designed as a two-floor, partial basement, L-shaped, roof above the second deck is a saddle. In the basement there is a garage for one car, utility room a store room. On the ground floor there is a vestibule, cloackroom, wc, utility room, hall, stairs, kitchen, dining room, living room. In the living room there is free entry into the terrace. In the second floor is bedroom, two bedrooms for children, workroom, two bathrooms, dressing room, corridor The vertical brickwork is formed by concrete blocks LIVETHERM SIP-NC 400X300X198 mm in a basement. The vertical brickwork is formed by blocks POROTHERM 44 PROFI DRYFIX 248X440X238 mm in ground floor a second floor. The horizontal structure is made up of POROTHERM girder Pot and MIAKO. Roofing is designed concrete KM- BETA.
New pavilion SOU Písek

Diploma thesis deals a project documentation of a new school pavilion SOU in the location Pisek because of the unsatisfactory existing school bulding, which is located at a small distance from the new pavilion. Investor wants to build a new object of universal classrooms for ca. 180 students and sports hall with hygienic and technical facilities, which will be able for football club FC Pisek (football fields and central object of FC Pisek are close to neighboring plots). Investor wants to let the school canteen be on the current place, which is north of the new object. The object is designed as a two-floor with roof ascent (3.NP terrace), part of the building is embedded in the ground. The structural system of the school object is a ceramic bricks system, structural system of the sports hall is a reinforced concrete system. The roof of school object is warm flat roof and roof of sport hall is warm flat roof as well but mono-pitched type. The object has a U -shaped.
Detached house with a hairdresser service

The subject of this bachelor´s thesis is processing of building – technical part of project documentation for realization of new building of detached house with hairdresser service in town Rajhrad. The building is designed as a two-floor for living four people and will also serve as a hairdressing business. The main mass of the object in the level 1.NP takes the grand plan shape of an inverted letter T. In 2.NP then from the central part of the building stick out mass of irregular block. The second floor is covered by a saddle roof with a slope of 20° roof planes, the remaining parts of the building are designed by green warm flat roof with extensive greenery. The vertical structures are made of ceramic blocks with contact thermal insulating system, floor structures are made of prestressed concrete floor slab.

It is about self-standing, two-floor partial basement object in which is situated one residential unit. Establishment will be used as joinery assembly workshop. Floor plan of this object is irregular. Detached house has saddle roof, workshop and garage, which has flat roof. Object is based on plain concrete stip foundations. The vertical load-bearing structures are designed of protobeton blocks Porfix and blocks from lost formwork. The ceiling structure is designed as reinforced concrete slab. Saddle roof is gable construction.

The subject of bachelor´s thesis is a family house with establishment which serves as projection office. Family house is in village Čechovice, locality Doubí, region Třebíč. It is two floor family house with a one floor part of establishment. The floor plan is irregular. There is possible its variability of construction. It is possible to build the house without dependence on establishment. The offices have got its own entrance, which does not limit in the living area. Object is designed from system HELUZ. External wall Heluz Family 500, ceiling construction Miako is above first above-ground floor, and above second above-ground floor is plasterboard hanged on roof construction. Roofing above the establishment and garage from warm flat roof, above the family house is mono-pitched roof.

Rehabilitation centre

The main target of the thesis is design of a new building of the rehabilitation center in Havlíčkův Brod. The rehabilitation center consists of three part. The main (middle) part has two above-ground floors and a basement with flat roof and the other two parts have only ground floor with green flat roof. The main middle part contains reception, café, laundry room storage, utility room, manager‘s office and outpatients doctor‘s office. In the left part there are hydrotherapy, ergotherapy, magnetotherapy and electrotherapy. In the right part there are fitness center and physiotherapy rooms. Vertical load-bearing structures are Made of Porotherm ceramic blocks (above-ground floors) and the Hollow concrete blocks filled with C20/25 and reinforcement B500B (basement). Horizontal load-bearing structures are made of the prestressed Spiroll ceiling panels. The building site contains also outdoor car park and garden with pond. The project and visualization were carried out in the ArchiCad and Lumion programme. All structures comply with the valid standards and regulations.
Apartment building

The main topic of this bachelor thesis is design of a new apartment building in Havlíčkův Brod. It is designed as a two-floor building with partial basement. The apartment building contains four separate apartments each of which is meant for a four member family. There is a partly walkable vegetation roof and the construction of the second floor above the first floor. Access to the walkable roof from the apartments in the second floor is available. The vertical supporting structures are ceramic Porotherm system and shuttering system filled with concrete C20/25 and reinforcement steel B500B. Ceiling structures are made from prestressed floor panels Spiroll. The outside parking is included on the building plot. Both the designs and visualization were elaborated in the ArchiCad software. The designs meet the valid standards and regulations.
Horská chata

The subject of this bachelor´s thesis is a design and project documentation of a two-floor chalet for rent capable to accommodate up to 10 people. The building is located in a town of a mountain area in the north of Czechia called Pec pod Sněžkou. From architectural point of view the building is intended to stand out by its luxurious appearance whilst using natural materials and finishes such as wood, stone and glass, thus respecting natural character of the surrounding. From structural point of view the building is designed as a wooden house – Avanta systeme, with a small basement (boiler room) and garage for 2 cars with concrete blocks walls, flat roof and sloped roof above a middle part of the building.
