The aim of this bachelor thesis is the sumarization of common threads and thread joints used in construction industry complemented with illustrations of actual joints. On construction thread cutting possibilities, more precisely situations, where there is no possibility to use stanionary placed machinery. Mechanical engineering machinery overwiev. Technological regime of selected thread joints. This thesis is supplemented with description of specific machining and thread cutting work on heavy-duty part of hydropower plant.

Formed and Machined Threads on Products from Sheet Metal in Company European Data Project s.r.o.

The object of the bachelor thesis is the method of chip and non-chip production of threads determined for mainly metal products. The first part is focused on the products which have been producing by company EDP, s.r.o. Further, the individual thread types, the most common methods of their production and the methods used in the company are mentioned. In the following experimental part, the production of samples with shaped threads and machined threads are described. The attention is also dedicated to the adventiges, and disadventiges of the methods used by the company, as well as the economic appreciation. The conclusion is made of proposal of the thermal drilling and its evaluation.

The summary of technologies and methods of conventional ways of machining that are used for production of feeding screws. Summarizes the basic principles of transporting screws, a description of machines, tools, working conditions, the resulting values of dimensions, surface texture and precision, which can be achieved by these methods. Usage in practice, evaluation and comparison according to criteria by Ra, IT and productivity.

This work deals with methods for making threads with emphasis on the production of internal threads. The aim is to introduce basic methods of pro-duction. Indicate at the beginning are individual cutting and forming technologies. The central part is dealing with internal threads. The conclusion is devoted to specific applications of machined parts.
