Effects deprivace and subdeprivace on schoul children and role teacher at their diagnostics.

The bachelor thesis Effects of Deprivation and Subdeprivation on School Children and the Role of Teachers in Their Diagnostics deals with the unfavourable psychological development of children and with the consequences that affect negatively their lives. The theoretical part discusses the general issues of deprivation and subdeprivation, the conditions of their formation, the influence of individual factors and the impacts on the schoolwork. For greater clarity, this part is enriched with the specific manifestations of deprivation strain. The research part is concerned with the finding the size of the pathological value of the subdeprivation strain of the girls who are located in the institution for youth in the town of Jindřichův Hradec and with the forecasts of the possible reversal. The research results are evaluated on the basis of the implementation of the selected tests in the experimental group consisted of the girls from the institute in the town of Jindřichův Hradec and by the cross-comparison with the specific test results in the control group (the girls of the same age in the natural environment).
Issues of SOS Villages with a Special Focus on Psychological Issues

The thesis deals with issues of SOS villages with a special focus on psychological problems. Its goal is to point out the psychological problems related to mental deprivation. The work is divided into the theoretical and the practical part. In the theoretical part, the activities of SOS villages are presented. Further explained is the notion of mental deprivation, its origin, historical development and examples, and it familiarizes with different kind of substitute family care. The practical part introduces a research by the method of questionnaire examination, which was conducted among foster mothers from the SOS village and retired foster mothers.

Dissertation serves for a cognition of a syndrom called psychological deprivation and subdeprivation. The theoretical part is used as defining specification the basic terms referring to the psychological deprivation, its characteristics and its manifestation. Part of the dissertation is also devoted to the subject of a substitute family case and children?s home as well. The practical part deals with the concrete research. There are two groups compared here ( children from the children?s home and children from functioning families ). These groups are mutually compared and evatuated on the basis of results achieved in a research of Prof. Matějček.

The theoretical part is aimed at defining the concept of psychological deprivation and subdeprivation and then focused on professor´s Matějček research, on whose methods and results is based the whole work. The empirical part of the research deals with a specific degree of psychological deprivation and subdeprivation in the constitutional institutions and families, and its detailed analysis.

The aim of my dissertation is to provide a look into the subdeprivation phenomena in contemporary child care institutions (children{\crq}s homes, foster care). The theoretical part is focused on defining of basic concepts related to psychological deprivation, defining of psychological needs of children and psychological deprivation displays. Further, it deals with children{\crq}s homes issues, with some kinds of foster family care and with the unwanted children matter. The practical part focuses on the aim of the work. There are compared three children groups (children growing up in a functional family, children from children{\crq}s homes and children from foster care). There are described the findings that were gained from selected tests and observations. In the end the outcomes were evaluated.
Tracking changes of value orientation of clients from socially handicapped (weak) families during week reconvalescence camp

Bachelor thesis is specialized on creation of week reconvalescence camp for clients from socially handicapped (weak) families. A theoretical part of my thesis is about data collection, clarification of basic terms from sphere of socially handicaped environment, social health and family as a primary socialization group. A practical part of my thesis is about preparing and realising my program and about its verification in practice. Two groups about 20 and 18 probands passed this program. Annotation Subdeprivation is one of the most aspect of today´s time. In my dissertation I accent the complicated situation in which our children´s future is. At the theoretic part of elaboration I issued from researches Prof. Matějček. He was engaged in these questions. For this research were chosen two groups. Experimental group of children´s homes and control group, what was chosen according to the same age and sex the child. Both groups visit the same primary school and the same form. Children were monitoring in socialization, school results, health. Quest is processed, evaluationed, the answers you can see in the chart in the practical part of dissertation.

This dissertation deals with the question whether there is in the course of time some change in the background and atmosphere of the children´s homes herewith the children ´s psyche because of the stay in such institutions. This work targets the children from children´s homes, the children from families and the tests made with them. This dissertation is divided into two parts {--} theoretical nad practical. The theoretical part deals with terminology, explanation of terms and bringing into the history of the children´s homes. This part of work also describes today´s types of the institutional upbringing, their insufficiencies and it discusses also the psyche of those children, who has passed through these upbringing institutions. The practical part is divided into the parts accordant with the tests of the experimental and the control groups. Due to these tests it is verified whether the children from the experimental group suffer from subdeprivation and wheteher there is a difference between the experimental and the control groups.
