Process and rate of disability among seniors

The most characteristic feature of the demographic development in the Czech Republic and other developed countries is population ageing. The aim of the thesis "The process and rate of disability among seniors" was to determine the extent to which disability interferes with the lives of the seniors and to map the development, progress and conditions of the pension system. After an introductory overview of basic concepts, a part of the thesis deals with a theoretical analysis of the European framework of social security of seniors and another part is concerned with the reform of disability pensions in the Czech Republic. The focus is also on the forms of care for disabled pensioners. The empirical part analyzes the areas related to the development of population structure, administrative agenda, overview of pensions according to the WHO diagnosis groups, total overview of disability pensions, the development of the structure of pensions, financing of pension administration, and the average age of retired people. The economic side is also included, where pensions are compared with average salary and also the economic activity of seniors. The structure of the population of Most district: history, present and possible future development options Abstract The objective of this study is to evaluate the historical, current and possible future development of the structure of the population, which live in the analyzed district of Most. Within the district are compared the structures of the population by sex, age, marital status, educational attainment, nationality, religion and economy activity in each selected years. In the first part, the history of settlement of the current district is briefly explained. Development of the settlement in the 20th century and development of the structures of population follows. In the next part, the current structures of the population and possible options for future development of the population of the district are given. Differences of the structures of the population structure during the existence of life in the district are evaluated in the conclusion part. Selected demographic characteristics of population in structurally affected districts of the Czech Republic late in the 20th and early in the 21th century Abstract The main objective of this work is and methods to analyze and evaluate the structure of the population of selected structurally affected districts through demographic indicators. Using comparative methods we will verify the justified classification of these districts among structurally affected regions. The first part consists of the theoretical framework of the thesis, containing definitions and legislative elements of regional development. The main part of the thesis discusses the analysis itself. Here we will attest that the selected structurally affected districts lag behind the national average in the Czech Republic in the selected population characteristics. The paper also describes current trends in the demographic behavior of the population of the Czech Republic. These trends are eventually compared with the demographic development in structurally affected districts in the past 20 years. Demographic analysis with specialized on social services in Kutná Hora Region

The thesis deals with the demographic analysis of Kutná Hora region, with a focus on social services in the years 2005-2014. Between the monitored demographic indicators include the status and structure of the population, birth rate, mortality rate, rates of marriage, the divorce rate, migration and related indicators. The indicators were selected on the basis of their impact on social services. The values of the selected indicators of the region are also compared with the values of the whole of the Czech Republic. Most of the indicators of the region has the same trend as the average of the values of the Czech Republic, but there are even specific differences that characterize the region under consideration. All the data needed to draw up an analysis has been collected from the Czech Statistical Office. To assess the development of the various demographic indicators have been used by the elementary characteristics of the time series and the trend function. The prediction was made after the selected demographic indicators of the region of Kutná Hora in the year 2015 and 2016, which have a particular impact on social services. Furthermore, an analysis was made of the current state of social services in the region, where he was examined, the number of providers of social services, including their capacity. On the basis of the results of the analyses are in the conclusion drawn up proposals and recommendations for possible improvement of the situation in the framework of the social services in the region of Kutná Hora.

This bachelor thesis discuss demography, respectively demography changes in the Czech Republic, in the field of population structure in accordance with the biological characters. There is captured an attempt of understanding the influence of the mutual gendre structure, some demographic processes and phenomenon. Secondly there is an attempt to identify factors influencing the structure. Particularly focusing on historical development number of men and women in the Czech Republic by gendre level, as well as the age level and spatial diferential of the population by gender. It presents different types of the counties, districts and Administration office with Municipal extended powers by studied structures. The thesis contains the cartographic outputs, tables, graphs.

Charakteristika obyvatelstva v kontextu komunálních voleb na příkladu města Blanska

The aim of this thesis is to find the coherence of selected demographic characteristics and results of municipal elections in Blansko in the period 1994 -- 2014. According to the defined objective, the selected demographic indicators of the development of the population were followed up by sex and age, fertility and mortality, migration, age index, masculinity index, unemployment rate, and population structure by education and religion. Municipal elections were analysed according to specific election dates and individual political parties and movements. The results of this research show that the structure of the population and municipal elections are closely interrelated and interconnected.

Demographic comparison is based on the population structure and basic demographic processes. This comparison is complemented by selected social indicators. Comparison of some indicators is not selected ORP, but also in the Czech Republic or the European Union and global trends.

Vývoj a struktura obyvatelstva v ORP Broumov

The main topic of my bachelor thesis is an evaluation of the development and structure of the population in the administrative district of the municipality with the extended province Broumov (here after ADMEP) during the period 2001--2013. On the basis data from CSO (Czech Statistical Office) the comparative analysis of selected indicators of the structure and dynamics of the population under the ADMEP and even in comparison with hierarchically higher territorial units (district, region, Czech republic) was realized. The prediction of the development until 2017 was determined by the extrapolation. The analysis confirmed the deteriorating composition of the population of the region and the continuing negative population development. Above all, thereis a decrease in population both naturally and migration to its demographic aging expressed growing aging index and average age.
