The objective of this thesis is to draw up the design documentation for the construction of a single-family house. The detached house will include a two-car garage and will be built in the northern part of the village Moravské Knínice, a brick building with two above-ground floors and one underground. The roof is a saddleback. The vertical load-bearing structure, as well as the non-structural construction, is designed of Heluz ceramic bricks. The total construction area is 162,85 m2.

Bachelor’s thesis is focused on solving project documentation of detached house with business premises. The locality of interest is Svojkov. The building is designed with two floors, without underground, T-shaped ground plan. The roof of the family house has saddleback shape.
