Kvantifikace dopadů vstupu České republiky do EU na její zemědělský sektor

KUCHAŘÍKOVÁ, L., Quantification of impacts of the Czech Republic's accession to the European Union on its agricultural sector. Diploma thesis. Brno: Mendel University, 2017. This diploma thesis deals with the influence of the Czech Republic's accession to the European Union on Czech agriculture. Attention is particularly focused on arable and livestock farming as well as on the environmental and socio-economic aspects of this problem. The time series of chosen agricultural products, as well as the progress of gross agricultural production per hectare of agricultural land, greenhouse gas emission from agriculture and wage progress in this sector were analyzed. Sowing areas of rapeseed, corn for grain, potatoes and wheat were chosen from the arable farming and production of slaughter animals, pigs, cattle and milk production were chosen from livestock farming. In the regression analysis, factors influencing the income from agricultural activity are identified.

This bachelor thesis deals with the principles of organic farming. Organic farming is part of farming which do not involve the use of chemical inputs that adversely affect the environment, livestock health and human health. This production system is characterized by specific legislation and its own control mechanisms. It is an ever-evolving sector that has strong specifications in the field of livestock breeding and plant growing. The product of organic farming is bioproduct that can be further processed into biofood.

This thesis has the goal of finding optimal structure of production in the agricul-tural company ZEMOS, a.s. The work focuses on assessing the possibility of using mathematical models, which serving as a tool to aid support in optimizing the crop structure and livestock production in the chosen Agriculture company. The aim is to suggest suitable optimization tools for crop planning and livestock pro-duction structure. The thesis output is a so called stochastic models in order to maximize profits and minimize costs. Optimization is implemented by multiple criteria, taking into account the effect of grants on decision-making.

This diploma thesis deals with the optimization of production structure in a selected company. The aim of the thesis is to propose mathematical models which support decision making on the structure of plant and livestock production. The introductory part of the thesis describes theory of operational research, agricultural production and subsidies. The later part includes mathematical models designed to maximize profit or minimize costs where subsidies are also counted. Random parameters in the objective function are taken into account.

The theme of the master thesis is the developmental aspects of the family farm. Theoretical part includes the factors having an impact on the development and establishment of the family farm. The main point is to divide and describe the key points of the newly developing farm and provide the farmer a practical guidance whether to start business or not. The practical part focuses on the actuall plan of the family farm. The final draft is connected to the theoretical part because it describes the key points such as the economic growth of the farm specifically in the crop production. The final part includes the economic outturn of the farm and the evaluation of the results and comparison of the study and farmers decisions. The final part also includes suggestions for the farmer based on the study.

Rozhodující kriteria volby výrobní struktury rostlinné výroby v zemědělském podniku

The diploma thesis deals with the changes of the Czech agriculture and their consequences on the changes in the entrepreneurial environment of farmers in the Czech Republic, caused by the development after the Velvet Revolution in 1989, but also the accession of the Czech Republic to the European Union and subsequent adoption of the rules of the Common Agricultural Policy. The work characterizes the state of agriculture and the development of the environment of primary agricultural production after the nineties in the framework of crop production, as a prerequisite for the analysis of the links between changes in the business environment of the agrarian sector and decisions of agricultural producers on the structure of crop production. After analyzing the production structure and economic situation of the selected farm, it was evaluated that changes in the business environment were reflected in the decision-making on the production structure of crop production. Specifically, the decision on the selection of cultivated crops, the intensification of crop production and the establishment of supplier-customer relationships have changed.

Využití GPS ve strojních linkách v rostlinné výrobě

The aim of this bachelor thesis, with the title The Use of GPS in Crop Production Lines, is to describe the technology required for the use of GPS in agriculture. The theoretical part of the thesis focuses on a brief overview of the individual sectors of precision farming, and a basic outline of GNSS and its parts. The second part consist of my own research, in which I used a questionnaire to find out the following: to what extent is precision farming and the use of GPS widespread in the Czech Republic, and whether farmers are in favour of the use of technologies in precision farming.

Analýza systému hospodárenia so zameraním na rastlinnú výrobu v podmienkach rodinnej farmy

Diploma thesis is focused on 3 main parts – SWOT analyse of company, calculation of organic matter nutrients balance and overall nutrients balance, and economic assessment of crops growing technologies. Grown crops are rapeseed, winter wheat, hard (durum) wheat, spring barley, corn, soybean and sugarbeet. Organic matter nutrient balance is based on values of crop residues, which were measured for bachelor thesis experiment. This balance is a part of overall nutrients balance of grown crops. In comparison of calculated real nutrient normative has been found that company uses too much nitrogen fertilizer especially for rapeseed fertilization and deficiently uses phosphoric fertilizer in major of its area. In the evaluation of growing technologies, the biggest gross margin was calculated for hard wheat grown in 2016/17, 555,15 €.ha-1. The lowest value of gross margin was calculated for rapeseed growing in 2016/17, - 226,27 €.ha-1. In total assessment of tracked growing years, the company was not in a loss. The biggest yield was calculated for growing year 2015/16, 129 082,40 €.
