Repair of a holder for grinder cover

This Bachelor thesis is focused on the repair of a holder for a grinder cover and the manufacture of the missing pieces of a pedestal grinder. The structurally-functional analysis of the machine and the manufactured pieces is described in the first chapter of this thesis. The manufacturing process itself is described in the following chapters. Raw materials and production technology are designed for the manufactured components. For each component, there are described the technological processes and instructions. The junction of the new parts of the machine with the original ones is conducted through welding. After this operation, the whole grinder cover is sandblasted and its surface is sprayed with a protective layer of lacquer. Next, the grinder cover is mounted to the pedestal of the grinder. The whole manufacture design is considered from the technological and economical point of view in the penultimate chapter and the drafts for improvements are described in the last chapter. All of the components are manufactured in accordance with the design and the grinder is once again in good technical condition.

The traffic control and a products storage in logistical chains, expecting the adjustment of the temperature for a goods

The thesis is focusing on the traffic control and products storage in logistic chains in a company that has been chosen. The concept of a competition and the importance of logistic in a transport is explained in a introduction. I have described further the logistic chains, the problems and their resolution. The description of the main processes in the factory from a purchase, a production and a distribution of milk and milk products are a part of this thesis. Description of the milk collection to the dairies , its processing and storage up to expedition. The relationships of a delivery , the process of order, the distribution and supply are mentioned. I have pointed on a cohesion of all partnerships of Madeta Group, Inc. and I have described the organisational structure in the factory together the responsibilities of a leadership workers. The work is specialised on current situation in a factory as well- the milk prices, an export of material to Germany, a limitation of a production and a closing of a branches, growth of a prices of the butter and evaluation of the situation. The evaluation of a whole company, economic situation and valuation of logistic mentioned company are a conclusion of this thesis.

Okrouhlík. Excavation of Mesolithic settlement area in the Kamenice river canyon

This paper introduces a group of newly discovered Mesolithic rockshelter sites, clustered at the confluence of two rocky canyons in the sandstone region of North Bohemia, Czech Republic (Dolský Mlýn, Šamanská rokle, Prasečí převis, Ferdinandova soutěska, Kostelní rokle). The Okrouhlík rockshelter, representative of the Early Mesolithic stage, was excavated almost completely, demonstrating internal within-site patterning: a central hearth, system of surrounding kettle-shaped pits, and two large, stone-filled, marginally located hearths. Analyses of the environmental data, fauna, and raw material, typological and use-wear analyses of lithic artifacts are included.
