The bachelor thesis is solving a detached house with a garage which is located in Vlkoš. A family house is designed for permanent housing for four people. The building is designed from ceramics Porotherm and has two floors and basement. The house is covered by hipped roof consists of lattice trusses. The garage is intended for two cars and is covered by a gable roof. The objects are based on strip foundation.

The main goal of this thesis is the preparation of project documentation for a new family house for five-person family. The building has two above-ground floors and one underground floor. There is a wall system which is made of breeze blocks Porotherm. The building is topped with a flat roof single casing.

The system of building is a wall, executed masonry technology of pramic blocks Porotherm. The building is designed with monotube flat floor. The building is on a a gently sloping terrain.
