Manual for taking digital photo

In this bachelor thesis, the author deals with issues of creation and taking digital photo. In the theoretical part of the work with the help of specialized literature and other sources are explained principle of creation photos in a digital single lens reflex. There are also described the basic composition rules and exposure parametres, which affect appearance of the final image.
In practical part of the thesis is a selection of basic photographic disciplines. The basic settings of digital single lens reflex for the situation are described here. Also there are other principles for taking this type of photo. These procedures are in each chapter shown on own photographs with description of values exposure parameters with wich they were taken.

Rent an apartment in Most, and the factors that influence them

The master's thesis deals with market research to determine the amount of the usual rent in Most and assessing factors that act on the rent. For market research are identifies four categories of flats, which are 1+1 and 1+kk, 2+1 and 2+kk, 3+1 and 3+kk, 4+1 and 4+kk and larger. On the basis of the obtained information are made maps which colour-illustrated apartments by price/month/m2.
