Contract for work

In the thesis Contract for work in the theoretical part is described statutory regulation of the contract for work. There are explained basic concepts related to the contract for work. The thesis deals with the comparison of the current legislation contained in the Civil Code and the earlier legislation contained in the original Civil Code and in the original Commercial Code. The practical part is focused on a specific court proceedings in The District Court Pilsen north. The causes of disputes are investigated. On specific causes the most often mistakes of the participant are demonstrated. The mistakes of participants are analysed with regard to subsequent court decisions. From the mistakes found is evident that the parties enter into a contractual relationship uninformed and unaware of the possible consequences related to the conclusion of the contract. They underestimate the possible consequences associated with the fulfillment of their obligations. The aim of the thesis is mainly to highlight the risks associated with contracing for work. The insufficiencies of contracts can lead to a hard enforceability of law. In conclusion of the thesis there can be find recommendations how to avoid mistakes when contracting for work and how to prevent lawsuits. If it comes to the lawsuit there is a recommendation how to succeed. The thesis is proposing how to eliminate the shortcommings of the current legislation regarding the contracts for work.
Determined and Specification of Auxiliary Work in Construction Supplies and Work

The thesis deals with extra work and unrealized work that originate at construction projects and further on during realizing the construction, both at new constructions, and at reconstructions and other construction activities. It mainly focuses on their origination and optimizing their amount in individual construction phases, from preparing the project through entering into an agreement with the supplier, to carrying out the project itself. The theoretical part outlines used basic concepts according to valid laws and regulations, and introduces individual construction phases including defining extra work and unrealized work. The practical part shows a real-world example of the negative influence of such work on the investor-supplier relationships and the analysis of failures by individual participants. The result of the thesis is processing a suggestion for reducing the frequent failures caused by the extra work and unrealized work, and a consistent evidence for better argumentation and invoicing between the investor and the supplier. The main aim is to prevent conflicts between the parties that arise because of admitting the extra work and unrealized work.
Construction Order Preparation and Management in Construction Company

This work aims to introduce specific principles, methods and procedures during the management of construction order. First described project „Hotel****Čeladná“, and I continue to work supplier's preparation order.
Management of Building Order from Aspect of Supplier

Construction order is an essential production unit of a building company. Managing the order in a building company focuses on processing offers, productive preparation and realisation of construction works. The practical part of this thesis describes and examines the management of orders in two construction companies, whose production is oriented toward realisation of ground-based buildings. The result of this thesis is a comparison of these two companies, the lay-out of standard forms and their implementation into agency of the companies to improve their preparation and realisation of the order.
Financing of Building Order from Aspect of Investor

The thesis discusses the possibilities of financing construction of the house including the land purchase. The theoretical part is focused on the clarification of all possible variants of financing and explanations of terms that relate to this issue. The practical part is to model the situation shown the possibility of funding specific construction contracts. There is also a comparison of seven banks and their products through value analysis. On the basis of the selected and recommended to the investor the best option.
