Differences in the Perception of Relaxing Music with Phono-therapeutic Elements for Various Age Categories

The paper deals with the issues of music therapy. Most of all i tis focused on relaxation music and its techniques including sonotherapy. The theoretical part is focused on the general description of music therapy, its signifikance, classification and history. In the sekond charter relaxation and various relaxation technigues are presented. The third charter deals with sonotherapy, its signifikance and people who are concerned with this topic. In the practical part I Worked on experimental research applied on 60 people dividend in three groups according to thein age. I analysed differences in the influence of the therapy on these participants and the course of the therapy itself. I defined two theories that were deeply described on the basis of the collected information. Knowing the course of the therapy by every participant I formed a proposal of music-sonotherapy receptive program used by chosen are group.
Music Therapy for Seniors

This bachelor thesis deals with the use of music therapy in the lives of seniors. The target of this thesis is to map the possibilities of using music therapy ways with seniors and to recommend a suitable music therapy resources on the basis of the research and evaluation of obtained dates. The theoretical part describes the term "the music therapy", e.g. concept, definition, types and forms, the development of music therapy, the history, methods and techniques. This age group is defined in the chapter about the use of music therapy by elderly people and also the changes caused by aging, the most common diseases and using music therapy at the retirement homes are described here. The research part analyses obtaines dates which are graphically processed and evaluated and according to the results of the investigation proper ways of the therapy are recommended to improve the lives of seniors.
Relaxation and Meditation with Music

The thesis introduces an importance of a mental hygiene and its chosen methods - relaxation and meditation with music. The theoretical part is focused on a description of the basic relaxation and meditation techniques and curative effects of music. It deals with a music therapy, its meaning, types, methods and history in terms of the importance of music healing relaxation effects on the mental, physical as well as spiritual health. The practical part includes a usage of these methods in practice with five different age therapeutic groups; it observes and evaluates changes of the psychological and physical conditions after performed therapies. In order to create a receptive program for an individual and group education a questionnaire survey was conducted on an effect of the performed therapy. The survey showed that the relaxation and meditation with music is an effective psychotherapeutic mean to induce a mental balance of a man.
Possibilities of the Receptive Music Therapy in the Treatment of the Alcohol and Drug Addiction

Bachelor thesis titled ?Possibilities of receptive music therapy in the treatment of alcohol and drug addiction? has a theoretical and empirical nature. My task was to find out whether would be receptive music therapy applied in a psychiatric hospital Cervený Dvur and if it would be helpful in the treatment in this facility. The theoretical part is aimed at linking music therapy with psychotherapy. It describes the problems of alcohol, non-alcohol drugs and their distribution. This section also focuses on the importance of music therapy and its types. The practical part is focused on my own experimental investigations related to application of music therapeutic program for a selected sample of clients. At the same time I did also monitor the response of professional staff to the ongoing experiment with six set of hypotheses that were subsequently identified based on analysis of data I did verify. Survey results confirm the feasibility of the music therapeutic program at the hospital Cervený Dvur.
