Multifunctional House

Master´s thesis is designed as a complete documentation of a multifunctional house. The multifunctional house is located in the town Nová Paka and functionally designed as a restaurant, garages and 8 flats. Built-up area is 886.95 square meters. The building is covered with a flat roof. The supporting structure is designed prefabricated reinforced concrete frame. Infill walls are made of clay blocks Porotherm. The house is insulated contact system ETICS. The thesis contains a static layout, fire safety, energy saving and safety in use. Drawings were processed with software for design - ArchiCAD.

GSM alarm for motorcycles

The main target of this work is to design and to implement unfailable safety appliance for motocycles with use any GSM technology. In my masters’s thesis I applied to individaul fields which I had to knows for realization of this work. The introductory chapter tells the reader about evaluation of former semestral projects and about brief description of the realized mechanism. It is followed by descripctoin of principles of communication between PC and mobile phone. The main part of my work is dedicated to application itself. The applicaton is called motoalarm. The last chapter creates description service of localisation mobil phones which is called Kde je... The conclusion includes evaluation of this master´s project and general description of the realized mechanism.

The apartment house in Tišnov

The topic of the thesis is the design of new residential building in Tišnově. The aim is to develop detailed documentation for construction. The work includes studies, drawings, text and part of the calculation. It is a detached residential building with ground plan dimensions of approximately 13.5 x 37 m. The building has 4 floors and a flat roof. The building is made of ceramic bricks, ceilings are monolithic reinforced concrete. Roofing is made up of single shell flat roof. The building is located on undeveloped land in housing estates on flat terrain. Residential building contains 12 apartments, one of which is completely wheelchair. There are also 6 separate garages on the first floor.

Masonry Block of Flats

This Master´s thesis is focused on block of flats project documentation. The documentation is worked for building construction. Emphasis is placed on structural, space, fire safety, thermal and acoustic requirements. Masonry building is secluded and has four floors, without cellared, with a gabled roof. The building is designed with eight flats and one of these flats is designed for persons with reduced mobility.

In my thesis is made set part of project documentation for a office building in Trencin. The design respects the relevant technical standards, regulations, rules, requirements of architectural layout solution of underground garage, office spaces, retail operation and coffee bar . The project contains technical thermal, acoustic evaluation, fire safety solution of the building and construction safety in use.The project is processed by computer program Nemetschek Allplan 2013.

Subject of my master´s thesis is to make a project documentation for a new building of airport. The building is three–storeys, without basement. Foundation strips are used as a foundation system of the building. Floor plan of the building is in a rectangle shape. The building is designed from YTONG construction system. The building is covered by a flat roof.

The house is designed as a detached house and with a cellar. The house is rectangular dimension, with a flat vegetation roof. The house has four floors with balconies and terraces. The house has 10 housing units and 2 offices. On the first floor is the technical room, 2 flats and two offices. In the house is projected a lift. The house is made of brick system with a contact insulated system.

Hotel in Giant

This master´s thesis proposes a design for a new hotel in the Giant. This master´s thesis is elaborated in the form of project documentation for construction. The building is located in the village Spindleruv Mlyn in sloping terrain. The object is designed from a two-way wall system, the porotherm, and the ceilings are designed as stacked also from the porotherm system. The building is a rectangular ground plan with a saddle roof and a dormer. Roof cover is designed from Tondach-baked bags and design is made of wooden elements. The perimeter walls of the underground floor will be made of concrete blocks of BS Klatovy. The internal staircase will be reinforced concrete. The elevator shaft across all floors will be fitted with an evacuation lift. The building will be insulated with a certified ETICS thermal insulation system.

Project documentation of residential building construction solves brickfull apartment building with four floors and one underground floor with technical storey with garage for 12 cars. There are 11 housing units for housing. In this project the emphasis is layed on the layout space arrangement in a compliance with consideration and assessment of stability of load bering structure, fire safety of the building, noise protection and energy saving demands. The construction will be implement on a plot č.649/20 registered in cadastral in Zdar nad Sazavou.

Vertical Displacement Measurements at JAMU dorm in Brno

The subject of the diploma thesis is a height measurement done within several time periods, in order to detect vertical displacements of an object of dormitories of JAMU on Novobranska street in Brno. The thesis includes selection of the method and its accuracy verification and also processing of the measurements and suitable interpretation of achieved results.
