Steel structure of a sport hall

The aim of this work is to design and check the steel construction of the sports hall. The maximum dimensions of a floor plan are 72,0 m x 37,58 m. Construction is embedded in terrain, with the total height 13,47 m and 9,97 m above the terrain. The lattice arched crossed link is the main supporting part that is anchored to a concrete panel on each side, using a pair of pins.The roof cladding is made of sandwich panels and is supported by truss purlins. Space stability is ensured by cross bracing and longitudinal bracing.
Static design of roof structure

The subject of the diploma thesis is the design and static analysis of roof structure. It is prestressed roof shell (membrane) supported by a cable. The whole thesis is divided into several separated units according to task's specification. The text section describes the introduction to the issue of presstressed suspension cable constructions and displays their possible shapes, types and realizations. There is also technical report of solved shell, which was written on the base of the documents, drawn drawings and structural (static) analysis.
Design of the circle concrete tank

The diploma‘s thesis deals with the design and assessment of prestressed cocrete tank of biogas station at ultimate limit state and also at serviceability limit state, according to ČSN EN 1992-1-1: Design of concrete structures. Specifically, the design of wall of the tank and foundation slab. The text part contains general information on the desing of the structure, static idealization of the structure, type of load and method for calculation of inner forces. Attachments contain drawing documentation and structural analysis, which completes the text part and solves in detail said structure.
Static solution of parking house

The bachelor's thesis is focused on the elaboration of a static solution of a parking house with four above-ground floors. Three variants are elaborated, one of which was elaborated in more detail. The proposed elements are the ceiling slab, the columns and staircase. The SCIA Engineer 20.0 program is used to calculate the internal forces. As part of the work, drawing documentation is also prepared. The structure is designed according to correctly valid standards.
Reinforced concrete construction of cooling tower

There was solved reinforced concrete cooling tower in the diploma thesis. This is a rotationally symmetrical construction. The cooling tower is concrete shell on columns. The cooling tower was solved using the finite element method, computer program Midas FEA. Analysis of roofing structure of production hall

The bachelor thesis deals with a static analysis of a production hall roofing and suggests possible alternative solutions. The model has been created based on project documentation received and valid regulation ČSN EN in software Dlubal RFEM 5.06. The goal of the bachelor thesis is to analyse and create a model based on project documentation and suggest alternative options in order to increase the utilization of space, feasibility and to potentially lower the costs.

Specifically, the design of the ceiling slab, girders, the selected column, the selected part of the wall and foundation under columns. Other parts of the building are not solved in the project. The text part contains general information on the desing of the structure, static idealization of the structure, type of load and method for calculation of inner forces. Attachments contain structural analysis, which completes the text part and solves in detail selected elements of the structure and the drawing documentation.
Design of underground garage under the block of flats

As the main topic this thesis describes the design and evaluation of selected reinforced concrete members of the underground garage construction of the administration building at ultimate limit state and also at serviceability limit state, both in accordance with EC2: Design of Concrete Structures. Designed members in particular are monolithic slab, girders and columns. Structural design and evaluation of other structures of the building are not part of this thesis. The text part of the thesis concerns the descriptions of analysed structures and also the descriptions of the loads acting on them. Method of designing of the structures, methods of calculating of inner forces, and also the method of modelling the structure in software SCIA Engineer are herein further described. The annexes are mainly structural analysis, which expresses the knowledge obtained from the theoretical part of this thesis, and the drawing documentation.
Dynamic analysis of structure loaded seismic loads

The purpose of my master’s thesis is the solution steel hall with concrete columns, that is loaded by an earthquake. This simulation program was used RFEM. To calculate was used the spectral and temporal analysis, and that on models of structures with several combinations of materials. The analysis was performed for both the general direction of the earthquake, so for combinations of directions according to standard procedures in EC8.
Steel Structure of Multipurpose Sports Hall

The aim of this work is to design and check roofing of the multi-purpose sports hall. Roof of the hall has a maximum dimension of 34.5 x 60 m and a maximum height of 7,225 m. Trussed cylindrical girder span of 34.5 meters form the main load-bearing structures. Girders are pin-supported by a pin. Solid-web purlins are pin-supported and transmit loads from the roofing. Stability is assisted braces, sway bracing and longitudinal bracing. Roofing is made of sandwich panels.
