Early Warning System for recording outages from the assembly line

The bachelor's thesis on a topic “Early Warning System for recording outages from the assembly line“ aims to update assembly line outages, thanks to what the work gained a good motive to present the Early Warning System process in practice, in the company Bosch Diesel s.r.o. Jihlava, where this update of assembly line outages takes place. The work first introduces the high-pressure pumps and their assembly lines, which are the most connected to the system. Then the basic elements of the system are described, and the Power BI system is defined. The practical part explains way of collecting the necessary data for outages updating and how the Early Warning System gets the information about outage during the installation of a high-pressure pump on the assembly line to the higher responsible persons. Subsequently, thanks to the obtained statistical overview of all outages and to the performed visualizations in the Power BI system, the knowledge is evaluated.

This diploma thesis deals with practical measurements on the fuel system of the diesel engine system Common rail. The thesis is divided into tvo basic parts. The first part is theoretical and has the task to familiarize the reader with the history of the diesel injection until after the system Common-rail, where the principle and part of this system will be explained. The second part is focused on the possibility of practical measurement to the fuel system Common-rail on the tutorial panel. Measurement tasks for students will be created on the basis of practical measurements, including the sample assignment, and the elaboration of the form of the protocol. Verification tasks on students and the evaluation of the thesis work will be carried out in the conclusion.

In the first part of the thesis is dismantled issue injection systems and related aspects. The next part is the installation of a fuel injection system, which involves placing components common rail system, the implementation of necessary interventions in engine design and the design of new components. The bachelor’s thesis has been created as a study on the development of fuel injection systems for diesel engines. The first part deals with the fuel system, which describes the preparation of fuel mixture. There are brief descriptions of individual system components and explains their functions. The main part deals with the injection device, which describes the specific technical solutions used in the past and in the present. Each system is discussed from a construction point of view and its functions. The last chapter describes the contemporary development of injection systems associated with complications and limitations.

The aim of this diploma thesis is the design of automatic tensioning device for regulating forces in driving belts of high-pressure pumps under long-term testing, in collaboration with Bosch Diesel s.r.o. in Jihlava. The paper describes the development of the mechatronic device, from the selection of components, going through the design phase of the automatic electronic device, up to mechanical design and prototype execution. An assessment is made of custom device based on the test in real operations and economic benefits for the client are evaluated in the conslusion.

This master´s thesis deals with instalation of high pressure injection system Common Rail on four-cylinder tractor CI engine. Thesis introduces in the first part the injection systems of CI and tractor engines and related issues. This master's thesis deals with application of modern injection system Common Rail on six-cylinder CI engine. One of aims of thesis is to get a large overview of pressure accumulator injection system and explore the development in this area. Among main aims of the thesis belong a new construction layout in Pro/Engineer, accomplishing of static and dynamic analyse of most important parts via the finite element method (FME) and necessary control calculations. Finally, the design documentation of new most essential designed parts will be made. During making the thesis necessary source materials obtained from Vývojový ústav traktorů a.s. of Zetor Group company was made use of.
Common Rail System for 6-cylinder Tractor Engine

This thesis deals with the installation of modern high pressure injection common rail system to six-cylinder tractor engine. This system replaces injection system with in-line fuel injection pump. Common Rail system installation on an existing engine is designed with minimal design changes to the engine block and engine head. It is advantageous to minimize production costs of the transition to high-pressure injection system. The thesis contains the design and stress analysis of the new component for high-pressure injection system.
